No, they are usually in English AND in the national language(s) of the airline's country of origin. Some airlines also have it in other major languages.

English is the international language of flight. All pilots are required to know it, other wise it would be confusing to talk in different languages to the ATC every flight. Many travelers speak english, so that is one of the reasons that this is in english too.

It is the global auxiliary language, BUT it's a two way street. One should learn the host language, if at least for politeness

You obviously haven't seen many airline safety videos. Most I have seen are in English, and one, or more national languages. Air Canada's safety video is in English and French...
