Just rode this new model of Air France and I cannot think of anything bad to say but praises. Praises to crew, food and service.

Thank you for showing us in detail the airport terminal, the seatback documents, and the pre-departure safety instruction video. Those were all immensely relevant

Another subtle and beautiful "little touch" : the "bleu, blanc, rouge" lightning in the cabin ! Well done AF !

The fact that you are wearing a Bell & Ross BR 03-92 during the flight was a nice touch. Those suckers are big. I do t know if I’ll ever travel on AF, but their refurbished biz product is really nice.

Splendid!!!! This is definitely a big step up from the previous cabin! I am so proud of Air France; I think Ben Smith is doing a great job at the head of the company and it shows. Now I hope it will pay off too -- to me it's definitely taking the right direction. I love the branding and the fact that their logo is proudly displayed. I love the mood lighting to form the French flag! Well done and executed, Air France!

Wow the best looking economy seats I’ve seen lately, especially the screen. Rivals that of Emirates

I got to try Air France business class seats at a pop-up they held in NYC at Lincoln Center last week (David Geffen Hall to be exact) and I really enjoyed the lie flat bed, the seat was comfortable, and there was enough room for me to stretch out and relax. This is how I want to fly.

I flew their Business product Paris to Singapore and back last week with the old interior. Definitely need an upgrade so it's good to see this is happening!

If it were me, I probably would have that front facing camera on for the entire trip. What a great view.

Thank you for sharing your trip. It was very nice to have the window seat to sit alone.

Cabin looks clean and fresh not sure about the tricolour interior lighting thought that was a bit tacky, food service looked good but would of been disappointed with brunch would of expected a further full meal service later in the flight.

Yes, I flew that last summer; but, in cattle class. Love Gate M. It was so new that it was almost devoid of people, and most of the shops were closed, and, as it was getting close to 4:00 p.m., my duty-free shopping was hurried as my cashier wanted to close out and go home. Anyway, Gate M is lovely. Don't care much for AF business class: looks as unattractive as any office cube farm in any American office tower. Where's the savoir-faire in flying in a cube farm? I'm happy in AF CDG-JFK cattle class with the free-flowing champagne.

It's wierd KLM has the "free" internet too. I say with quotes because it's ONLY for messaging. When you want to actually get online & surf it cost money. Great video BTW

Hi Marc, my wife and I would like to fly JFK-CDG next April in Air France's new business class, because your video is so awesome. However, I'm having trouble booking to make sure it's the correct aircraft (777-300ER), because a lot of their flights list the 777-300ER but it appears some don't have the new business class seats shown in your video. I was told by another flyer that the correct product to look for is the 777-300ER's that don't have La Premiere first class. Can you help or give me some direction? Thanks!

Seats look like the Reverse Herringbone version in Air France's 777-200, just with a bigger TV screen and a door. Not really ground breaking.

What time did your flight leave? I'm surprised to see breakfast as the main meal.

Boeing 777 is one of the greatest aircraft that Boeing has ever built. I may be wrong, but I don’t think it has ever had an accident or incident. Please correct me if I’m wrong.

well. what a difference with the old fashioned klm businessclass where there is no privacy. and very bad food and wines.

The food looked very ordinary,I would be disappointed to be served that in business class. No comparison to Emirates.

Having to check in at one terminal and then walk to take a train (with barely any seating) then walking again in another terminal is hardly passenger service, it is passenger endurance. That business class cabin will become a death trap in the event of many types of emergencies involving a fire. Surrounded by that much plastic in a confined area is incredibly bad designing and a genuine safety concern.

Food is a total disappointment! There used to be a time when Air France was offering prestigious meals in business class and a sandwich before landing, is just ridiculous for the price paid AND for a long haul. Air France remains one of the most expensive airlines, especially for the food it provides nowadays.

Agreed, this is disappointing. However I flew the new product the opposite way and got a proper dinner and the meal was quite good. I made a video of that trip if you want to see the other side of their catering.

I am sorry. I can not get over all the plastic water bottles. Shame on a small scale (yes, I understand that air travel is horrible for the blue earth). I simply can NOT STAND plastic water bottles.🤭
