Love your setup. If you remake a new chamber/box you may take a look at cabinets for dental work. They are small units made from shelving material and a glass top with a hinge. Rather than gloves, my shop uses jean material with an elastic that hugs your wrist as a seal. Also, the air nozzle is stationary so you wave the part around it with both hands. Nice looking build.

Awesome video and project! I really enjoyed the "I had a problem, tried solution 1, that led to new idea and solution 2" and so on. So much to learn from your videos. (I'm also looking for your mill videos :)

Very clever loved the video, I've just made a cabinet by using a old kitchen sink boxed in and the bottle trap has had the 2" holes for the waste water blocked off so that when I pull out the plug the aluminium oxide can go down the plug hole in the bottle trap you then unscrew the trap and empty it and reuse it after sieving it,I have it built into a worktop in the man cave it has dust extraction a LED long bathroom strip light above the sink area and the holes for your hands are made out of 4" PVC pipe connection from Toolstation they cost around £2.00 each, the door for accessing the inside is a fold down ( like a kitchen draw only it fold down) with foam weather door seal with small clamps Similar to the one used hear only a lot smaller the glass is a old double glaze piece set into the top after cutting a length of ply to the full length of the sink + drain board as this is the length of the cabinet and then routed a rebate put clear silicone in the rebate then place the glass on top (all sealed ) then finish it off with architrave so no dust problems! Just a idea for anyone with a old kitchen sink.👋

Thanks, I found this film very helpful. Firstly in seeing the principles of sandblasting clearly explained - and secondly helping me to realise that those small cheap sand blasters aren't very effective without a lot of modification! For me (not having a metal lathe to hand) I think it would be better to buy a bigger one!
