The old comment from my old account is gone but basically what i said was that passengers who were supposed to be on BOAC 911 included Cubby Broccoli and Harry Saltzman among other prominent James Bond producers/staff. They were in Japan filming for YOLT. They canceled their tickets last minute to watch a ninja demonstration. Considering the film they were making, yeah, they did live twice

Comair Flight 5191 is wrong, here. The reason for that crash was the pilots being distracted through non-relevant conversations during Sterile Cockpit rules, and missing key signs that would tell them they were on the wrong runway.
