Shell temperature sabhi kiln ka refractory pur depend karta he, yadi refractory ok he to 230-270°c ke aspas aata he, shell temperature jayada he means refractory thin he, is condition me heat loss jayada hota he and aap ki kiln me coal ka requirement jayada rahe jab tab acceration ka layer nahi ban jata,

Its not stable depending on coal quality, physical observer to qrt port sample and watching sample appearance, it's find smooth surface with creck and light porosity, then check nonmag % , and create a guideline of nonmag % of zone, for perticular coal, Normally ye 15-17% rahata hai
During kiln running inlet temperature is not maintaining high the temperature is not increasing how to solve it

Increase coal through, and maintain optimum air requirements, so that temperature maintain, you kiln have thin bad in inlet and coal have low VM and FC that is the reason of your inlet temperature not stable in required range, and maintain inlet pressure upto 0.4 to 0.5 mbar

Or your iron ore have low fet, or -5mm % more than 10% , its also another reason, inlet temperature not maintained
