is chanter spec dps viable on pve ?

For sure.. its more viable once your group is used to the instance/geared so you can just throw in the occasional recovery spell and focus on dps with inspiration. Most people though rely on support chanters sadly so may only be viable with a known group you commonly play with ^

only eq play there ;/
