R.I.P. Katalam, Danaria, and the Idian Depths.

Looking at this, I cant understand why Aion isn't more popular. I'm tempted to try it now...

This game is astonishingly gorgeous. I played a long time ago, and have left Aion in my past, but it will forever be the prettiest MMO.

But the Aion Vision trailer was made on Cryengine 3. We can clearly see some of its features like better particles effects and better shader.

So small? WIth the new UI/class/zones everything? Such a small patch? Amazed. The zones seem pretty, too bad we don't always observe to see how pretty Aion really is.

Any chance we'll see a significant reduction in the amount of experience we need? I have a 57, 57, and a 53. Still have never made it to max level, I realize it's my fault, but I don't want to spend weeks trying to get to the BEGINNING of the next expansion. Any chance those of us in the upper echelons will get some boosts or something?! Like a limited time level boost from the store to celebrate the expansion?!

and dont worry, the game is not pay to win, those items that u can buy in webshop, are just, fancy,good looking but nice stuffs, like skins, mounts to travell faster, dyes, some drop buffs, and many other curious stuffs, but nothing decisive to win a fight in any way :)

I'm totally agree with you, and thats precisely what I was triyng to say, theres some people who complain abd make rage abuot which side its better, when actually at the end its all about the fun, at the end Asmos and Elyos are Daevas born from humans and although they races seems different they came from the 1st same race at the begininning (actually, fight about that it like racism :/ )... so yeah its all about fun, and the real enemy its the balaur :)

You might need a little of sunshine after that :P

I played on the Russian servers, and I can say that ALL of the mobs along the roads and some main areas are non aggressive mobs.

Its simple to move a game from CE1 to CE3. I moved a game i was developing from CE2 to CE3 and got just liitle glitches that was repaired with some time. CE3 has full support to mmorpg games and i can tell you its easy to move games between CE1 and CE2 to CE3.but they dont want sadly.

Everything looks too beautiful, I don't feel any threat from a boss or enemy

True! those MMO who has few mobs but more difficult to take are smater than Aion's type, a map full of agro mobs u just can't pay attencion in the beauty of their work....

And they already have all the programming codes which is the essential part of the game. CE1, CE2 and CE3 uses C++ and LUA so moving games between the engines is quite easy. In my opnion CE3 is way lighter than CE1 and you can achieve better visual at its maximum settings. I tell you its just laziness from developers or its just NCSoft that dont want to waste money on CE3 license or they dont want to pay the developers to do this.

The name of the song is called "Silus Mountaion" from the CD The Song of Katalam by NCSound. In game, just go to Silus fortress and you will hear various versions of it.

this game is awsome....i play it from the start..its hard to balance such game...so it cant be balanced all the time

MMOs dont have much grpahic effects? Just look at TERA, Archeage, Cabal 2, Bless, Black Desert, Lineage Eternal, Blade & Soul. Even those last two are from NCsoft. The gaming market demands games with better high quality visuals more and more. I know that a good game dont need graphics but its a plus to maintain veteran players and attract new players.

Asphelumbra or Arieluma, Faith and Arms or Blood for Blood, those just are fancy words to me... Atreians, the real enemy its in front of us, its called Balaur!!! >XD

This game lost so much popularity. On mmohut it says the player base is on medium. The classes are cool but the grind is annoying.

can't believe this pile has made it this far with the playerbase so low. one of the most unbalanced and buggy mmos out there.
