Humble take brother. Charlie and BBS are great, but we already have one of him. So keep doing your thing. Such a great song, and I actually like your acoustic version as much if not a little better. Don’t tell Charlie.. haha

Sounds fantastic brother man! I live about a quarter mile from the Mississippi River here in Southeast Missouri. I love taking my string box down to the riverbank and play. The scenery alone is musically inspiring here bud. Be safe!

Brother Thom, I'm so glad KZread pointed me to you. I just subscribed. I would be honored, and hope you'd be cool with my playing your "Hey Mr. Thin Man" cover in my Friday night campfire crew. Those dudes would approve. Charlie Starr and Benji Shanks did a little acoustic tour in January for one month and I had the good fortune to catch him in my town. Thanks so much - yes, I am only too happy for others to share the music - it was never mine and never could be :) I think it was indeed an open tuning, possibly G - I have no memory for it but it’s definitely not in Standard. Thanks again for the kind words
