Love love, love it. I never thought I would hear this under rated gem in public. It was playing in the bank. I just had to do the dance... I was escorted out. I swear that guy is 'Being John Malkovich'.

This song always plays in the grocery store where I work and I never knew what song this was until I looked up the chorus. Now that I'm hearing it in full it sounds great!

That’s always the best feeling. When I was little we’d go to church a ton. Some of my best memories are ridding in the car and listening to the radio play 😄

I just heard this for the first time sitting in McDonalds! Awesome song! I remember seeing 'til Tuesday in concert in Agawam MA back in 1987! Aimee is such a great songwriter.

I've learned to never judge a song until I've heard it 5 times. I was lukewarm on Freeway too, but it has really grown on me. The simplicity, repetition, and the chunky guitar/bass riff are infectious. Right up there with my favorite AM songs!

Saw her do this while she was celebrating her birthday, playing on stage in her hometown. Her band just rocked the live tour of this album that night. Very special concert! Complete with vintage Hammond B3 organ with Leslie speaker!

GREAT SONG AIMEE! I've seen her twice in concert including here Christmas special. She's a rare artist who not only gets better looking with age, I think every album has been better than the last. Her voice is better now than when she was in Til Tuesday. Fantastic.

I've been stocking/stalking Aimee for 30 years, 4 TilTuesday, 7 solo/live CDs, HouseOfBluesConcertDallas concert, and a 30x24 poster in my apartment. Shes always been a favorite artist of mine along with RosanneCash PattyLoveless among 600 other CDs.

Great song, a great example of the perfect songcraft of the writer. Once the 70's synths hit, I was hooked! I also love about 2:15 how she is suddenly aware of the silliness that is occurring behind her and joins in!

I hitchhiked all over New England from Rhode Island to Gloucester Ma and believe me no one can afford the freeway. I had the truckers pick me up and wait for me so I could go on another highway. I smoked a lot and thank God never hurt. I love this song it makes me want to stick out my thumb all over again.

Saw her last week in Northampton, MA during her X-Mass show tour w Grant Lee Phillips, et. al. Great tunes, great sound, great talent. It was good to see such artists still creating fresh work today (Aimee played Freeway at the gig). I remember seeing Till Tuesday and Grant Lee Buffalo back in the day. Till Tuesday: timeless songs wrapped in 80's pop. GLB: opened for Paul Westerberg and blew me away with their intensity. I'd never heard of them before then.
