Interesting to see different flavors of TKD. I've been a traditional ITF practioner for 35 years. This is an interesting take on TKD. Way too loud and uncoordinated though...But still...

Nothing will get you in shape faster than those punches to burpees. i do em all the time. Add some navy seal and diffent punch combos sometime knees and kicks. It the best. So glad to see him teach that

Actually my instructor Grandmaster Karstadt trained and did demos and tournaments with Grandmaster Hee IL Chi back in the day. And I've always loved Hee IL Cho's hardcore style of fighting/taekwondo skills. Love the yessirs and the kihaps (yell)
