I think the comparison should be between NCLEX-RN (NGN) and NORCET as both assess your nursing knowledge on the other hand OET is a language assessment test which is more concerned with your medical language skills like communication.

@@Shubham20271 yes, i guess because nclex has many types of question pattern like mcq, SATA, drag and drop, bow tie, case studies. While Norcet on the other hand has mcq and sata for nclex you have to stay above the passing line for 95% times then only you can pass the computer might shut off at 85 questions to 150 questions anytime moreover nclex is a computer adaptive test where computer adapts to the way you answer questions on the other hand norcet is computer based test(CBT) where everyone sitting for that particular batch/time gets the same question paper for norcet the 100% starts from the top person for eg. if the top candidate secures 130/200 then 130 will be 100% for nclex you have to be 95% times correct or above the passing line to pass. Note:- here we are discussing the hardness of the exam and not Whether the person may be able to secure a job or not with the particular scores. As me myself has got 97.2% in norcet but couldn’t secure a seat because of many reasons and I also appeared for nclex-RN(next gen) which I successfully passed at 85 questions.
