I’m not a big fan of most IDOL covers since they tend to only replicate the tone of the original … or the enunciation on words? Without their proper energy or spin on it. They just don’t properly make me feel “WAGH….!” and I like how abrasive, rough, and relentless this one is (sasuga U-san)! The MV editing is so good, too. There’s little bits like phone texts being animated, or window pop ups, or a tiktok of U-san’s face, WWWWW but wow … the “aishiteru” at the end was so tender. Such a good closing.

U-san, the production value here is just insane, I was absolutely blown away. Your vocals are fire, the video, the art, the editing, the mixing, everything is flawless. You and your team gave 110% and it absolutely shows. Thanks for sharing your talents with us 💙🤍

Also, the last sentence "愛してる" changes to a softer tone. I love the emotion so much 😭 It is hard to cover the song when 《Idol》 is known to all. U-san kept the characteristics of the original song but gave a new feeling in their own style. Definitely best cover for me Worth listening & watching more than once!
