Malta made a huge mistake in not sending Aidan to Turin.

This was litteraly perfect. His vocals were much better, the song is a litteral bop, the staging is amazing and it contains maltese. Wtf Malta. U could have done amazing with this!

HOW did this not win? It is a Maltese bop that really could've stood out

absolutely robbed, such a shame that this won't be going to eurovision. I think it stood a good chance of doing really well, I hope to see Aidan in eurovision one day though :)

Robbed? I think aidan needs to stop copying others song and be more original. I am the first one who i like that a maltese song represents malta. But not in this way. So first dai laga, then did the same in muzika muzika last year and this year. We need song in maltese like the type of the travellers. Its easy to copy others than being original aidan. 3 times in a row is not an excuse either.

It's a pity that this song didn't win. This song stood out very much among others in this national selection. Aidan I wish you success in your future work. You have a lot of potential.

I was imagining seeing Aidan on the stage of ESC with Ritmu and for me the visual was crystal clear (like no one can fit to the stage like Aidan)... HE GOT ROBBED SO BADLY...

Really Malta? You had the opportunity to send a BOP in Maltese and you send a boring and generic song. Come on! 🤦🏻‍♂️

I'm just sorry for the lost oppuntunity of a catchy song in maltese languague, which is interesting for me. They are two different artists, appreciable for different reasons. That's all. Not being a fan of Eurovision, when watching the news, curiosity made me go to You Tube to watch Emma's Muscat song to represent Malta. Then this song came up and I am bewildered how this song didn't win the Maltese song contest. With all respect to ''I am what I am'' this song is 100 times better. Well done to this guy. Tops.

Well, Maltese is really a heavy Italicized variety of Arabic, with many English loan words thrown in for good measure. So pretty spot on there.

Everyone has their different tastes in music, which is fine of course but I simply can't understand how this didn't win over Emma Muscat's song. This is so memorable, a song in the native language and it's actually really good. Whereas Emma's is brilliant don't get me wrong but it's forgetful? It's not memorable for me at all. Ritmu is so memorable and such a shame it won't be in Eurovision. Thanks for everything Aidan, Latvia loves you!

i dont even care about eurovision normally but i was so excited and proud to see the objectively best song and performance in the competition be a maltese song - and i was sure it was going to win. I however forgot to take into account the utter and sheer stupidity of maltese people and their lack of pride. All we care about is getting the famous singer to go to eurovision, even though she's only famous in one country. Such a short sighted way to view this, and such a missed opportunity. No hate towards Emma, I hope she uses the opportunity well and makes us proud regardless. I am just tired of seeing our country embarrass itself by trying too hard to win, having no sense of authenticity and always trying to be something we're not.
