You can do it here beta.elevenlabs.io/sign-up I think you need to pay for it now but basically what you need to do is get audio of the character you want to hear that doesn't have any background noise or anything. So for wesker I think I used this video not sure though it could've been another one that's similar kzread.info/dash/bejne/gHmJ2sZmgL3Wn5s.html once you upload it you can then mess around with a few sliders if you want but the default should be pretty good by itself. You can basically do that for any character or person you want as long as you can find high quality audio of them talking without any music or stuff and that's how people are making these videos now. Kind of wish I joined in and started making more of these while it was still free but oh well

@@Drheims None that are on par with their quality sadly. Closest you'll get is setting up TortoiseTTS locally, but the downsides I've heard are that generating the voices takes a long time and it doesn't sound as good. I haven't tried setting it up at all myself so I can't help you any further but you could try it here: github.com/neonbjb/tortoise-tts There's also another one people have been using lately to make stuff like kanye singing shake if off, ( kzread.info/dash/bejne/maCKudWeeKXakdo.html ), if you're interested in doing something like that you could try this: github.com/34j/so-vits-svc-fork Hope I helped, I'll update this if I see anything else
