Thank you, Kevin, for the insightful and comprehensive tutorial; your expertise made the learning process much more accessible. Your effort is greatly appreciated and has truly enhanced my understanding of the subject.
In the news today (4-18-2024) a female student was suspended from a college class. The student was found to have used this program. The teach thought she had more help than necessary to complete the assignment. What are the academic guidelines to use this program?
I used Grammarly for a couple of years (now retired) and found it very helpful with everyday writing. I learned a lot. I recommend Grammarly for anyone trying to upgrade their writing skills and communicate better. It is appalling how poorly some people write, even college graduates and publish it. Embarrassing!

Can you still spell and write your own words without using grammarly
Very interesting! Thank you Kevin!!
Thank you so much.
Awesome 😎
This actually looks pretty cool.
Hello Kevin, have you used UIpath and Automation anywhere yet? I would love to hear your take on them
Hi Kevin, I’m taking online classes. Would I need to acknowledge the use of grammarly in my papers to avoid being dinged for plagiarism? They us Turn it in to check our papers. Do you have a tutorial for that program?
A good 11min commercial, thanks Kevin :P

😂😂😂
Would you recommend it in addition to copilot or do you think copilot will be very fast very good making grammerly definitely obsolete ?
@KevinStratvert
Ай бұрын
It really depends on your needs. Some things Grammarly does today that Copilot doesn't: (1) you get in line suggestions and recommendations as you're typing, (2) it works in all apps and in your web browsers (3) training data is based on professional communications (4) you get app actions like inserting a Google Drive link wherever you happen to be working. All that said, Copilot, ChatGPT, Bard, etc. could all be looking into replicating this same functionality in their AI offerings. Ultimately, it's up to you to decide if that added functionality is worth the additional cost above and beyond what you're paying for Copilot. Hope that helps!
Question: If one uses Grammarly to help write a book that is published, are the Grammarly changes copyrighted and can't be used?

From several sources that I’ve read AI generated Contant whether it’s text images videos or whatever because they are AI generated they are not considered something that you could copyright. In fact they are considered open source and could be used by anybody. There is no copyright for AI generated content. 4:52

@@InspiredInsights4U Helpful, thank you!
Can you also use grammarly in the Dutch language?
Is this just 1 big advertisement lol?
Are the subscription plans separate for PC vs mobile? Or does signing up one one platform allow you to use it everywhere? I see the premium on iOS is $11/month (when billed annually) and looking at the website on a PC it shows premium as $12/month (when billed annually).

The subscription should give you access to both PC and mobile. I'd go with the cheaper option in that case 😅
Traditional grammar checkers like Grammarly and Ginger are becoming less relevant, as advanced AI tools like ChatGPT and similar platforms are taking their place. These newer tools offer a broader range of capabilities, including context-aware grammar correction, content generation, and more. It's a new era for AI-based writing assistance. Best regards,
Grammarly had to quickly re-invent themselves with AI ...so congrats
Most important Grammarly features are not free. Correctness is the only free option wherein it suggests corrections related to commas and preposition

All the AI prompts are free up to 100 prompts. Beyond that, you'll have to get a subscription.

You get all the text generation in ChatGPT. Some things Grammarly does today that ChatGPT doesn't: (1) you get in line suggestions and recommendations as you're typing, (2) it works in all apps and in your web browsers (3) training data is based on professional communications (4) you get app actions like inserting a Google Drive link wherever you happen to be working.
You can always tell when the baby is sleeping while. Kevin is trying to make a video. LOL.
To all robot addons (AI users): never go to a face-to-face meeting because your real YOU would be uncovered. Could be very embarrassing.
Because you can't say what you think without someone's algorithm telling you how to say it "better." I pay for Grammarly, but as it slows my (fairly decent system) down to a crawl, I think I'll just stop paying. No, AI, you do not write for me. Not until you can do my job better than me. Shouldn't be long, right?
This is not free
Great. Another reason for people not to learn how to write properly. Too bad Grammarly isn't built in to Facebook. Lord knows they need it.
