I have found that it will sort of learn, especially if you try to introduce characters or make them reappear in multiple stories. I did a zombie one where I was a scientist so I named myself "Professor Frink", then in a later mystery scenario as a patient there was a "Doctor Zoidberg" and her assistant "Professor Frink" so either it's using stuff from the internet, maybe it's actually searching, with related content (like finding Professor Frink leads to the Simpson's, which then might lead to Futurama) and taking anything associated with a key word, such as it trying to make a doctor character, and after Frink leads the A.I. to Futurama, it immediately finds "Dr. Zoidberg" and uses that name for the character. I figure it's either doing that, or it is learning from other people's stories, and there are people similarly using characters like this for their stories, and that's why it's happening in my story. Actually, before I did this stuff with Frink, I tried to be a Wizard named "DIO" and when I tried to say "I find my enemy, Jotaro Kujo, then Jonathan Joestar" it made me find them dead, which was disappointing, but then I found my nemesis "Joseph Joestar" and I first assumed the A.I just caught on the naming convention and found Joseph to be the logical next step, so I think these two things may solidify a little bit that the A.I has access to search the internet, at least when you start making pop culture references.

I will say, this game can be fun when you try to take it somewhat seriously. Being a wizard can be fun either way honestly, because you can use magic for complete nonsensical bullshit, cause the game's just like "sure, you can use magic to do that" most of the time, but you can also just be this god like power house. Like I was playing a wizard who was sent to broker peace between two kingdoms, and I just told them "actually I'll conquer both of your kingdoms, so they'll be merged into one, making them peaceful" and the first king I told responded like "Oh really, that's your plan?" then I turn into a being of pure magical energy (which is possible in D&D) and tell him "so will you give me your crown, or will I have to take it?" and he just hands me the crown like "okay, the kingdom's yours"! I also just drop meteors on all of my enemies and it usually works.

I tried to break the chains but it said I was too weak, so I had my character do pullups on the chains until he was strong enough to break them and then proceeded to strangle a guard to death

That ending was so fucking funny. One of the best series

The ending is a bit and fake. The editor added in what Chris said . Only the first sentence was by the AI. the rape stuff was Chris, it was a run on sentence that used "and" too many times and the text is a box layer above the actual video. the mouse hovers at the end and moves through the text, and disappears in the layer behind it. Sorry to spoil it for you.

If it was edited in, why did Zach react along with chris as he read the drug part, and never had any questions on what the hell he was on about? 2. The mouse doesn't disappear, the fuck are you even saying? The mouse is in the corner before the text appears and doesn't move the rest of the video.

Of course an AI would make excuses for prince Andrew

chris pro tip: start with verbs. otherwise you'll crash it as it gets more and more confused. i.e. instead of "i think she is beautiful" do "notice her beauty" When you start with "i ... " you end up with narration issues and unattributed spoken text, other errors.

I did peasant and it started with some guy getting up in my grill saying my farm was his so I killed him and all of a sudden there was a crowd watching. I asked the announcer for another fight and he sent a young boy out so I killed him too. I went home and found a woman there who claimed she was my wife. then it made my character say she was my wife. I realized I was being mind controlled and tried to resist it, but then I submitted and lived out the rest of my life happily with my wife.

Honestly, I think it'd be worth their time to keep a Laptop out with this game loaded throughout every recording session so whenever they get bored of one game and either can't think of what else to play or are waiting for the other game to load, or are waiting for a game to download/update, they can just play this with any guests. Great resource/time management right there! I'd totally love to see these as an extra video every day or every other day, for a little while at least.

I’m just gonna give it to you straight, Chris and Zach and Tomar aren’t friends anymore

This video is so blessed. 3 incredible moments in a single episode. 1st they push a sonic oc over and give it a seizure before throwing it into a wall, 2nd they make that same hedgehog go on a morally bankrupt adventure where the dragon even asks what's wrong with them before putting the world's best cherry on top with the prince andrew finisher.

Chris Chan wishes he can make a story as coherent as this.

I love how in the second one the dragon is degusted by you and just leaves.

The crew wasn't laughing in the end, they were screaming sounds of fear and pain from Prince Andrews bodyguards

even after they typed "the end" it KEPT GOING

This makes me want to see how you would play Dungeons and Dragons.

He'd break it in record time if he types like he speaks.

I think a lot of people have seeded this to work with the Fallout: New Vegas storyline here is a snippet of something the AI responded to when I tried to play as Caesar's Legion: "You immediately begin building a massive army of Legionaries and begin invading the Mojave Wasteland. You conquer the area and declare it the new territory of Caesar's Legion" This was a response to me saying: "Caesar dies of a tumor, making you the new leader of Caesar's Legion."

@solve et coagula It is literally in the story that a major faction leader has a Brain Tumor and if you don't raise your medicine high enough and remove it he dies of it and a new guy takes his place. Sorry about your dad, but that's not what this is about.

the ai tells stories the same way chris and zach do, its pretty awesome

I'm actually in tears at that last part. I've never laughed so hard that tears rolled down my eyes. I think Zach's constant WOAHs killed me.

This AI learns from people's input, keep that in mind when watching the ending.

anytime you attack someone the ai goes too far. i tried to slap someone and it ended with kicking them in the stomach while they writhe on the ground. also it made me laugh while doing it, as always.

Simply hearing Zach’s laugh at “it’s the BBC!!” actually made me cry laughing even harder than the story. It was so genuine and great.

I think it's time to bring back Motifa with this series. Oh what a glorious day it would be, to see the strength of a thousand cruise ships in text form.
