Passengers are kept on hold for more then 24 hours and provided hotel for stay with 3 people in 1 room at hotel.

Air India is the best Airline that I have flown on. Nothing wrong in it. Staff is always kind n soft spoken. Such delays happen worldwide but if Air India does it ...Then it's news by only Indians.
