Muslims need to prove that Muhammad was a prophet Before discussing whether Muhammad was “the prophet like unto Moses” mentioned in Deuteronomy, Muslims must first prove that Muhammad was a prophet. Statements in the Quran, Hadith, and Sirat make it very difficult for Christians to believe Muhammad was a prophet. Muhammad & Allah said the sun set in a muddy pool (Surah 18:86; cf. this article); Samaritans built the golden calf at the time of Moses (Surah 20:85-95), (the Samaritans didn’t exist until after the Assyrian captivity many hundreds of years after Moses). Muhammad & Allah were ignorant of the Christian religion, claiming we worship the father the mother and the son (Surah 5:73-75,116; cf. this article), and ignorant of the Jews religion, claiming they believed Ezra was the son of God (Surah 9:30) Worse yet, Muhammad failed the Quran’s own test.

Gabriel don't sneak up on people. He always introduce himself as Gabriel... And another reason that I know it was not Gabriel he would have not told Muhammad that God has no son....When he told Mary be not afraid for I'm Gabriel Jesus is the son of God. *REVELATION OF THE KORAN *Q. Did Allah reveal the Koran directly to prophet Muhammad? No, the Koran was revealed to prophet Muhammad by a spiritual being presumed to be angel Gabriel when he was in a cave on Mount Hira. *Q. Did anyone else see this Angel Gabriel? Any witnesses? No, no one else has seen the angel. (Testimony without witnesses is subject to doubt especially when there are reasons for the same.) *Q. What did the Angel say in the very first meeting? Ans. The Angel said, "Read!" but Muhammad didn't know to read or write. When he told the Angel that he couldn't read it came upon him heavily - physically! This happened two more times. Then the Angel commanded him to recite Koran 96: 1 to 5. *Q. What happened after this experience? Mohammad was terrified and perplexed. A great fear overcame him and he got high fever. He went home shivering so much that his wife Khadijah had to cover him with a blanket. When Mohammad told her what had happened she contacted her cousin Waraqah ibn Nawfal. 🔹Waraqah was a Christian. When he heard about what had happened to Mohammad he presumed that the angelic being was "The Angel Gabriel" he had read about in the Bible. So he advised Mohammad not to fear as he could be a prophet of God. 👉 However, if you examine the account of the encounter of Mary the mother of Jesus with the Angel Gabriel you will see the difference. 🔹Mary was a young woman at the time of her meeting with Angel Gabriel. She was not physically well built, strong, courageous & mature like Muhammad...yet she was not frightened, terrified or perplexed after the encounter with Angel Gabriel. Moreover, the Angel Gabriel introduced himself and didn't frighten her in any way. 🔹In Mohammad's case the angel didn't introduce himself, it used physical force on him thrice and commanded him to read something that Mohammad an unlettered person could not do.... the incident terrified him so much that he got a fever and started shivering that he had to be covered with a blanket. 👉 If the angel was from God do you think he ask someone who could not read "to read" ?? Surely he would have known that Mohammad couldn't read or write! 🔹This raises serious doubts about the very source of the revelation of the Qur'an that Mohammad received. 👉 In 2 Corinthians 11:14 the Bible says "Satan can disguise himself as an angel of light." This is a possibility because in the Qur'an which is the writing of what this angelic being told Muhammad - Jesus did not die on the cross. 🔹This is contradictory to the teaching of the Bible which teaches that the wages or consequences of sin is death ie eternal separation from God in hell. 👉 God loves us so much that He came to earth in the form of a human being(Jesus Christ) & taught us to lead a good life. He took the punishment for our sins on Himself by suffering and dying a cruel death on the cross in our place so that we may be free to enter heaven and enjoy eternal life with God. (Just like someone paying the fine on your behalf for a traffic violation you committed so that you can go free.) 👉 By denying that Jesus died on the cross the devil is deviating people from the way to salvation through what Jesus did on the cross. Jesus rose from the dead! He is alive!! ⚠️ In Galatians 1:8. The Bible gives a warning about those who will try to pervert the Gospel & say that Jesus did not die on the cross for our salvation - "Even if an angel or anyone, were to preach anything contrary to the Gospel, let there be a Curse on him." 🔸Bukhari Volume 4, Book 53, No. 400. Ayesha the prophet's favourite wife said that Muhammad was "Bewitched" and would imagine things he did not do. If Muhammad was 'Bewitched" as Ayesha said, it only proves that the angel which revealed the Qur'an was not Gabriel but an evil spirit ! Q. Did prophet Muhammad write the Koran? No, during the 23 years of Mohammad's time as a prophet it was memorized and handed down. Later it was written on leather, cloth, palm leaves, parchment etc. The prophet died in 632AD. It was only around 650AD, long after his death, that it was complied in book form. 🔹The Koran is a randomly arranged text that is not compiled chronologically & this makes it difficult to comprehend. 🔹Very strangely Surah 10:94 of the Koran tells the readers to consult or refer to the Bible to clear their doubts !! 👉 A write-up by Obed Neo will explain - Some parts of The Quran seem to be copied material.. there's evidence of borrowed Information from Christian Forgeries, Jewish Fables, and a mistranslation. 🔹These false gospels were written decades, and some even centuries, after the four true canonical Gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John were written by Jesus' disciples and followers in the 1st century. 🔸Scholar Oddbjørn Leirvik states: "In the Qur'an and in the Hadiths, there is obvious influence from the non-canonical ('heretical') Christianity prevailing in the Arab peninsula and in Abyssinia." 🔹Not only does the evidence show that Muhammad used heretical Christian forgeries as sources for his teachings, he also used Jewish legends and mistranslations. 🔸He incorrectly implied that Christians believed the Trinity was composed of the Father, the Son, and Mary (Surah 5:116), but in reality the Trinity was composed of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit as Jesus said in Matthew 28:19. 🔹He said that Jesus was not crucified but that it only appeared that way (Surah 4:157-158), but this historically false belief predates Islam, being found in the false gnostic gospels of The Apocalypse of Peter, a pseudepigraphal work from the 2nd century, & The Second Treatise of the Great Seth, which is dated around the 2nd-4th century. Both of these works were found in the Nag Hammadi documents in 1945.

Dr Noha became skeptical about the Quran when she could not find any evidence of the existence of Angel Gabriel. She asserted that Quran is therefore the product of Muhammad himself. However, it is unwise to attack the existence of Angel Gabriel since he was the Messenger of Yahweh God but not the Messenger of Allah, the pagan god of the Arabians. Muhammad himself said in Quran Saba 34 : 44, Al Qasas 28 : 46 and Hud 11 : 49 that no warner and no scripture were sent to his forefathers to build the Kaaba in Mecca and hence, they were idolaters. Muhammad did not abolish Kaaba idolatry as he prayed towards the north facing Jerusalem imitating the practices of the Jews in Medinah. But when the Jews refused to recognize him as the prophet of Allah due to obeying their advice on the original qibla or prayer direction. So Muhammad reverted to his pagan qibla as narrated in Quran Al Baqarah 2 : 143 - 145. This is the most shameful thing in Islam as the Kaaba idolatry was not eradicated by Muhammad but he promoted it further with yearly Hajj pilgrimage. Subsequently Muslim scholars invented the story that Abraham and Ishmael the Hebrews instituted the worship at the Kaaba in Mecca.

How could you say the Quran is miracle of miracles when Muhammad claimed he could not perform miracle as he was only a mere man. S17:90-93. They say: “We shall not believe in thee, until thou cause a spring to gush forth for us from the earth, Or (until) thou have a garden of date trees and vines, and cause rivers to gush forth in their midst, carrying abundant water……. No, we shall not even believe in thy mounting until thou send down to us a book that we could read.” Say: “Glory to my Lord! Am I aught but a man,- an apostle? Another incident involving the Meccans S8:32 Remember how they (Meccans) said: "O Allah if this is indeed the Truth from Thee, rain down on us a shower of stones form the sky, or send us a grievous penalty." S8:33 But Allah was not going to chastise them while you were among them, nor is Allah going to chastise them while yet they ask for forgiveness. In both incidents No miracle was performed. Allah gave excuse for not showering stones on the Meccans. Many of the so-called "miracles" occur by manipulating the actual word of the Quran. Some were added on by the presenter of the videos

No man could perform a miracle without Allah's permission. Allah asked Moses to drop his stick and as soon as he dropped the stick, it became a giant snake, which is a miracle. All Moses did is following the orders of Allah, which means the source of that miracle is Allah itself. Same goes for Jesus. All he did is following Allah's orders and that cured the blind, bring the dead back to life, etc which all are miracles. Like all prophets Muhammad (pbuh) was also following the orders of Allah. And the miracle Allah put through Muhammad (pbuh) is the Quran itself; A book that is a guidance for every human from the last prophet Muhammad (pbuh) to the last born child before the judgement day. Again, Muhammad (pbuh) was never the author OR the source of the Miracle that is Quran, but Allah is. Like Moses and Jesus, Muhammad (pbuh) was just a messenger. Among them he is the last messenger. And like all of them, he too can't perform any miracle without Allah's wish and like all of them he too was a Human. I have a huge feeling that you haven't watched the first part of the video. Mohamed PBUH was just a messenger, he couldn't perform miracles yes without allah's permission. The Noble Koran is the Miracle of Allah and Mohamed PBUH is just a means for the Noble Kuran to reach us, he didn't create it.

Barrie Smith Answer.(Dr.Zakir): The question posed was - and people are astonished out here… that the Qur’an says the earth was like a carpet… spread out like a carpet - So does it mean, it was flat? What the person is referring- from the Ayat from the Holy Qur’an, in Surah Nur, Ch. 71,verse no. 19 and 20, which does say… ‘that we have spread out the Earth like a carpet’. But it gives the answer in the next verse, in verse number 20, ‘So that you may walk and travel in the spacious path’. As I mentioned in my talk - the Geologists, they tell us today, the earth which we live- on the surface is hardly one to 10 miles, and less than 1% of the total radius of the earth which is 3750 miles. The top layer is a solid shell. The deeper layers are hot and fluid, and inhospitable for existence of life. No where does the Qur’an say, that the earth is flat. It gives a similitude that… ‘We have spread out the Earth like a carpet’. People normally have a misconception that… ‘A carpet can only be spread on a flat surface’. It is wrong - A carpet, can also be spread on a spherical surface. For example imagine that there is big model of the earth, the globe, say about 10 feet in radius - Very big - Very well you can spread a carpet around it - It is possible. But Qur’an is scientifically also speaking, that besides spreading out - today Science tells us that the earth’s crust - because when we layout a carpet, we normally spread out a carpet, on the surface which is not comfortable to walk on - Carpet is normally spread out on a sur­face which is not comfortable to walk on. So Science today tells us that if the outer crust was not spread out like a carpet around this spherical earth, we would not be able to live - Because the deeper layers are hot and fluid. So when Qur’an says we have spread out the earth, its referring to the earth’s crust has been spread out like a carpet. And the reason is given… ‘So that you may walk in the spacious path of the Lord’- Qur’an says in other places also that… ‘We have made the Earth, as spacious’. Qur’an says… in Surah Nabah Ch. 78, Verse No. 6, ‘We have made the Earth as an expanse’. It is refer­ring that… ‘The earth, We have made as wide’- You know why? The answer is given in Surah Ankabut, Ch. 29, Verse, 56 which says…‘ We have made the Earth as a wide expanse for you so that you will worship Me and Me alone’. So tomorrow you cannot say that, the situation where I lived in, may be Bombay, it was difficult circumstances, therefore I was prevented to do good deeds - So I did evil deeds. Allah says… ‘The earth is a wide expanse for you - it is spacious’. You cannot give the excuse for doing evil deeds , because of your circumstances. Therefore worship Allah, and Allah alone. There is no place in the Holy Qur’an which says…‘The world is flat’. In Quran it says the original copy of the Quran is in heaven.Really? My question is if the holy Quran is in heaven why did your Allah has to give the Torah (old testament) and the injil (new testament) so that man could change his holy words and blame the Jews and Christians for changing his word. Then send a prophet without prophecy. Your Allah himself claims he is the great deceiver. Quran 3:54 and Quran 8:30 . The Bible says devil is the great deceiver. Even Muhammad told his followers to tell lies for the sake of islam

Before prophet Muhammad peace be upon, prophets came for the particular people and for the particular time but Muhammad peace be upon him came to everyone till the day of judgement. So now you made a claim saying Allah is a deceiver pointing out some verses in the Quraan i e 8:30 and 3:54. Can I ask if you actually understand Arabic ? That word which you're referring translated planned or plotted . So if you don't understand Arabic it doesn't mean Quraan is wrong. And your other claim that Muhammad peace be upon him said that tell lies for the sake of Islam can you give a reference??? And I assume you're a Christian. In Bible, there are thousands and thousands of contradictions and scientific errors yet you're trying to find mistakes in the Quraan and wasting your time. No matter what you lot are doing Islam is the fastest growing religion in the world.

I understand that you want me to show you the exact words; “I am God, Worship me” I will be happy to show you “I am God, Worship me” as soon as you show me where did Jesus say “I’m only a prophet, don’t worship me” in those exact words. Or show me Where did Jesus say “I am the virgin born son of Mary” in those exact words. If you can’t show me these exact words, Islam is false. Do you know where and how did Jesus claim to be God? Who is “the First and the last”? God of course both the old testament (Isaiah 44:6) and the quran (surah 57 verse 3) say this. According to surah 22 verse 6 Allah is the Truth Knowing that God that God refer to himself as the God as the truth, would a prophet ever call himself the truth? Jesus does in John 14:6 Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. Who raise the dead? The bible and the quran agree that God is the one who raises the dead. The Lord kills and brings to life; he brings down to Sheol and raises up. 1 Samuel 2:6 The quran surah 22 verse 7 says Allah shall raise up those who are in the graves. Since God is the one who raises the dead at the resurrection. Would we expect a prophet to tell his followers that he will resurrect the dead? In John 5:25-29 25 “Truly, truly, I say to you, an hour is coming, and is now here, when the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God, and those who hear will live. 26 For as the Father has life in himself, so he has granted the Son also to have life in himself. 27 And he has given him authority to execute judgment, because he is the Son of Man. 28 Do not marvel at this, for an hour is coming when all who are in the tombs will hear his voice 29 and come out, those who have done good to the resurrection of life, and those who have done evil to the resurrection of judgment. In John 11:25 Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live If Jesus were only a prophet would this be blasphemy? Does God share His glory? The Quran tells us in verse 57:1 Whatever is in the heavens and the earth declares the glory of Allah In the old testament we find that God will not share his glory with another I am the Lord: that is my name: and my glory will I not give to another Isaiah 42:8 No prophet will say this: And now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was. John 17:5 Is this the type of things prophets say? Further evidence, read these verses: Mark 2:28, Matthew 22:41-45, John 8:39-58, Matthew 12:6, Matthew 11:27, John 14:13-14, Matthew 18:20, Matthew 28:18, Matthew 28:20, John 16:15, John 5:21-23, Matthew 2:11, Matthew 14:33, John 9:38, Matthew 28:17, Luke 24:52, John 20:28 So where did Jesus say “I am God, worship me” as we've seen Jesus claim to be the first in the last, forgive sins, send the final judge, the truth and the resurrection. Muslims need to prove that Muhammad was a prophet Before discussing whether Muhammad was “the prophet like unto Moses” mentioned in Deuteronomy, Muslims must first prove that Muhammad was a prophet. Statements in the Quran, Hadith, and Sirat make it very difficult for Christians to believe Muhammad was a prophet. Muhammad & Allah said the sun set in a muddy pool (Surah 18:86; cf. this article); Samaritans built the golden calf at the time of Moses (Surah 20:85-95), (the Samaritans didn’t exist until after the Assyrian captivity many hundreds of years after Moses). Muhammad & Allah were ignorant of the Christian religion, claiming we worship the father the mother and the son (Surah 5:73-75,116; cf. this article), and ignorant of the Jews religion, claiming they believed Ezra was the son of God (Surah 9:30) Worse yet, Muhammad failed the Quran’s own test.

Gen 17:21 But my covenant will I establish with Isaac, which Sarah shall bear unto thee at this set time in the next year. It is spelled out VERY CLEARLY. Islam is wrong. The promise is through Isaac. He is the line of prophets and of the Messiah. Isaac is not the line of Muhammad.

It was God who was telling to Muhammad, by His angel Jibreel (Gabriel). Its not the Spirit which the Christians say.

The "spirit" (I put that in inverted commas because it's completely different from the way Christians picture it) that told Muhammad (PBUH) to recite in the cave of Hira was Archangel Gabriel, or as mentioned in the Quran, "Rooh -ul Qudus". He relayed Allah's words directly to the prophet throughout the period of revelation of Quran. When Gabriel told Muhammad to read he didn't mean it in the literal sense, as a person reads from a book or manuscript - he meant Muhammad to repeat what he would say next. The words were an intimation that Muhammad (PBUH) had been chosen as a messenger by God and the way those words were uttered was much more direct, blunt, and imposing. (Muhammad PBUH was sweating and shivering as he paced back home after the encounter). Also, Gabriel meant for Muhammad (PBUH) to repeat after what he was about to relay to him from God thereafter; the verses: "Recite in the name of your Lord who created - Created man from a clinging substance. Recite, and your Lord is the most Generous - Who taught by the pen - Taught man that which he knew not." I hope it clarifies those questions.

The other brother had given a good explanation, but you just excuse him. We have a ayah, which says that once the blinds are in front of your eyes they will stay shut forever. He was in the cave of Hira, outside of Mecca, and there, a spirit appeared to Mohammed. And then, the spirit squeezed Mohammed very tightly, that he thought that he was going to die. And the spirit said to Mohammed, "Read." Mohammed was illiterate, he could not read. And he said, "I cannot read." Then the spirit squeezed him more tightly that he thought he was going to die. And the spirit said to him, "Read!" "I cannot read," Mohammed answered. Then the spirit squeezed him more tightly. He was afraid that he was going to die. And he said, "Read!" He said, "What shall I read?" The words should be recited because he could not read. How could you command someone who doesn't know how to read, read? You say to him, "Recite!" And then he said, "What shall I read?" And he said, "Read, in the name of thy Lord, who created man from the clot," etc, etc. So the Quran is not the invention of Mohammed. The Quran was given to him by that spirit who appeared to him at the cave of Hira. The Muslims say, that the spirit was Gabriel the angel. They say the angel Gabriel is the spirit who appeared to Mohammed at the cave of Hira , and he squeezed him tightly. But listen, when you go the Bible, Gabriel appeared to many people. Gabriel appeared to Daniel, and Daniel was scared. And he said, "Do not be afraid, Daniel." Then he appeared Zecharia, the father of John the Baptist. And he was afraid, and Gabriel said, "Do not be afraid, do not be afraid." Then he appeared to Mary. And Mary was troubled, and Gabriel said, "Do not be afraid." But that spirit who met Mohammed and squeezed him, left him very troubled. He was scared to death. And when he went back to his wife Khadigah, he said, "I am scared, I am scared! I am trembling?" She said, "What?" He said, "I don't know, I don't know. I am afraid that I am possessed." Then she took him to a bishop in Mecca, by the name of Waraka Bin Nawfal, who was her cousin, and she told him about what happened. And this Waraka, the bishop of the Amunit cult in Mecca said to her, "Oh, be quiet. Be quiet. Mohammed will be the prophet of the Arabs." So the one who declared Mohammed a prophet was the bishop of Mecca. And that is the historical fact. So the Quran is not the invention of Mohammed. It was dictated to him by that spirit. And I want to tell you something, it's not a miracle, because any book would not be a miracle. Any book, you know, Homer wrote the Iliad, and Odyssey, it's not a miracle. Shakespeare wrote many books, it's not a miracle. Plato wrote many books, not a miracle. The books cannot be a miracle because if I cannot understand the language, I cannot confirm if it's a miracle or not. The miracle is to raise somebody, to heal somebody, to give the sight to somebody, these are miracles! But to tell me that a book is a miracle, I don't buy that!
