true, from what I've heard, Nurses and Doctors alike don't even know if someone is a donor until after they fully confirm death

This does actually happen, it’s rare though and if a hospital or doctor is caught doing it there’s serious ramifications

Always hated Ahmad. She never ever did a single good thing for the show, and ended up just screwing with Marcel's head this entire season. She's a terrible doctor (even if this is tv, she is especially terrible) and she ruined Marcel (an actually decent tv doctor) a bit by the end of the season. Glad she is never coming back, only would have been better if we could see her die instead of leave med, so there is no chance for her to show up again, but whatever

To be honest, even though I never watched Grey’s Anatomy, I did watch some scenes of Sophia Ali’s character Dahlia Qadri and read her character biography. She is a great character and deserved better. Bailey should not have fired her if only the writers didn’t make Dr. Qadri bad mouth about Meredith leaving. I don’t even like Bailey. She is really mean.
