I like that in most of the songs in this album, we have the 4 rappers back to back. Usually it's like changbin and han, comes the vocal line, then hyunjin or felix. But here, especially in venom and freeze, the impact of them 4 in one go is just too big to take in 😭

i love how u brought up the flute instrument in charmer ‘cause someone said that charmer’s concept kind of came from snake charming where the charmer uses a flute instrument to charm/hypnotize the snake and i love how they did it sooo well in the song that i honestly feel like a snake being charmed every time i listen😭

As crazy as charmer's beat goes, the topline is fucking AWESOME too dude this is one of 3racha's best works

With Venom, after having my partner listen to it, he suspects the trill in the background is a muted guitar with thick steel strings (acoustic guitars usually have steel strings). You can make a muted noise while strumming an acoustic guitar, and after mixing and editing the sound, it likely came out the way it did for Venom! This is just speculation tho bc neither of us are music majors and we were part of choir and guitar classes when we were in high school. Also?? The references in FREEZE? The lyric about Stepping out (their greeting😭😭) and the venom throwback, AND Hyunjin saying he's crossing the line when he's been known to tell the members NOT to cross the line (or else he will get angry I think is the implication) this album is I N S A N E Finally (I wanted to comment on your reactions to all 3 songs!), When you said Lee Know ATE in Charmer? 100% agree tbh Lee Know ATE this entire album🥴 and perhaps, with Changbin's lyric about pigeons, could be a call back to God's Menu! Also, there are lyrics about Not Easy Life, and pigeons and screws all over it's a lot of callbacks and references to themselves. When you asked about the pigeon, they talk about pigeons in God's Menu. 💚

One of the things I noticed is that the instrumental of VENOM sounds like plucking threads, which is GENIUS BECAUSE ITS ABOUT A SPIDERWEB SKHXUDBWIS MOREOVER, CHARMER IS LEGIT THE BEST SONG I HAVE EVER HEARD WTF???!!!! The instrumental for this reminds me of silent cry, but while Silent cry is aggressively comforting, this is just SO UNIQUE AND IT SLAPS?!!!! OMGGGGG. Also did you notice the subtle whistles (like cat calls) in the chorus??? And the snake charmer- reference as well as some indian-esqe instrumentals (since I’m an indian i can totally hear it!!!) behind?! Dude I LOVED this so much
