Hey beautiful souls. Thanks a lot for your support. This simple mantra meditation, AHAM PREMA (I am divine love) is a vehicle to connect you to the present moment and one focus.Within the next weeks, I will make sure to share some more mantras that are part of my life for many years and also I will share some mantras that I learned recently in our yoga teacher training.
