Please don't keep Sakamoto san in the dark. His piano is heard throughout the song. This was his final gift to millions of fans around the world. The rhythm is also something he could have created on his synthesizer long before he fell ill. Sakamoto inspired so much of today's music.

Everyone should listen to Merry Christmas, Mr Lawrence. A soundtrack for the movie of the same name. It is so mesmerizing and will give anyone a real understanding the genius of Ryuichi Sakamoto. May he rest in peace! Yoongi p,as part of the sound track in Road to D Day.

Yes, thank you for reminding every one listening to this beautiful song what an exceptional musician Ryuichi Sakamoto was. It must have meant a lot to Suga that he collaborated to Snooze. And yes,Ryuichi Sakamoto has had a lot of influence on musicians and has touched lots of people. Five years ago I was lucky to go to one of his last concerts in Europe.The venue was packed- mostly with young people- unforgettable moment

He never changed. Ik a lot of artists' music starts deteriorating after they get fame cus fans will drink up anything, but he's still the 19 year old with dreams and ambitions and monsters. He's healed now, he's achieved all his dreams now, but he never forgot how it felt back then, and how many people rn are where he used to be. He's always talking about something meaningful in his songs, and I'm so so grateful for it. Suga, thank you so much. You saved a lot of lives. Hope you're happy, and the ones reading it. Hope we all achieve our dreams

Just wanna take a second to point this out, the lines in 3:13 he has used the same line in So Far Away with Suran. A song about not having a dream, a song about being frustrated about not knowing which way to go in life. In So Far Away, Yoongi voices out his frustrations and the emptiness he felt when he couldn't figure out a way in life. And now in Snooze, he uses the same lines. The same lines, in a song when he tells us that he hopes our dreams don't remain just dreams. If So Far Away was for trainee and just debuted Yoongi, Snooze is the Yoongi at the top, telling his fellow artists to have faith in their dreams. I know my explantionation is rather vague but to me, So Far Away is the prologue to Snooze, and I absolutely love how Yoongi established a sort of connection between the two tracks,

Listening I suddenly burst into tears I didn’t realize I must’ve been holding something’s in. After wiping my tears I feel thankful to Yoongi for always writing about the truth and being so transparent about pain, struggles, and overcoming. His music is definitely healing someone right now

i sincerely hope that these lyrics and this song can reach the trainees and artists who need to hear it. I really hope so too. Yoongi said during IU's Palette that BTS never had an idol group in their company before them who they could go to for advice. So he wrote this song so that idols after him could gain strength from it and know that he'll always be there for them. He also said that he wrote it for youth in general, because 20's and going into your 30's is a difficult time. Yoongi is such a gem 🥺

I got a low mark in one of my assignments and this song hit so hard. I always put sm effort but I’m just so tired atp ..

Damn. These lyrics hit particularly hard after the death of Moonbin. They feel like something comforting his spirit is saying to his sister. May this song be a balm to all of those clawing their way to a dream. Please take care of yourselves. Please do not suffer in silence. Please rest.

I envy those who understand Korean can enjoy the song at it’s peak. I mean, we can already understand how wonderful the lyrics even through the translation.

I don't know how he does it, but this man always manages to release his songs when I need them the most. Snooze's comforting lyrics are just what I needed right now. Yoongi is a musical and lyrical genius. Whenever I listen to his music, I feel humbled by his spectacular lyrics.

I think people are not realizing how absolutely tragic the fact that Snooze was released today is. Read the lyrics and remember AgustD wrote this as a letter to other idols, rookies or peers, a message of hope and support from their subaenim who knows what it's like. You will always be loved and remembered, Moonbin. Rest in peace 💙

I just had a bad day and this song comforted me. Today, I got rejected from a scholarship that I was praying for, so I am feeling down and disappointed. Maybe God has better plans for me.. Yoongi releasing this song on this day is so timely. Thank you for always giving us comforting and relatable songs 💜

Best song of the album, hands down. The lyrics are gorgeous, i am literally crying. Woosung was the perfect person to feature in this song, his voice fits perfectly with the melody, its delightful to listen to. I am so happy Yoongi decided to work with him to create this piece of art. Now this Queen can sit together with So Far Away as Agust D top masterpieces.

This song is so comforting! Yoongi is an amazing composer. This man is a poet! What a gift to the world, when you think of each of the members amazing talents, you come to realize why BTS is #1. Each one of them is a piece of the puzzle that creates the masterpiece they are.

this is like a continuiation of so far away 7 years later, but by the pov of a much more mature and wise yoongi. the way the lyrics speaks that when life gets too hard ot monotone, it's okay to rest a bit from chasing your dreams is so comforting.

Suga always said that he wanted to help their junior idols because no one was able to help them before. That intent was demonstrated by this song. My eyes teared up when he said "I will support you anytime, anywhere." Then when he sang the lyrics from So Far Away, I cried. He used to sing it for himself. And now it seemed that he's singing it for those that he's supporting. It's just so heartwarming.

That callback to So Far Away made me so emotional.

Agust D AND Woosung?Woosung?The Rose? I never would've thought of it, but gosh, this collab makes soooo much sense sound-wise. This song is an absolute treasure, it delivers such a beautiful message, too
