I had the exact same thing happen to me on my QH 12 (swivel motor # BM2-315). The 6 screws that held the O-ring in place were all loose. The O ring was cut, I think maybe due to the loose screws and the constant jerking motion of the excavator. I had a hard time removing the swivel motor, so prior to unscrewing the 2 hydraulic hoses I started up the excavator and turned the body slightly just to jar the motor loose. After replacing the O ring (I bought a sample pack that contained several sizes from Lowes and put in one in that looked similar). I put loctite on all the screws when reassembling. When I replaced the swivel motor I had to manually turn the body again slightly so that the screws holes lined up (just grabbed the bars that held up the overhead cover). No leaks so far and I have run it several times.

I had the exact thing happened to mine. Started leaking fluid out of the bottom after about 5 hours of use. Initially found those bolts to be very loose and tighten them down. Must have tightened on top of the o-ring because when I pulled it out it was also chewed up just like yours. Found a similar size replacement one at Lowe's in one of the multi-packs.

I have a Kymron lots of issues with bolts. The Chinese are pitiful with QC . I have found thur research that your excavator, Kymron , and a number of others are made by a Company in China by Hightop. All having poor workman ship in design & assembly / QC. I should have bought a Kubota !

Do you have to relieve hydraulic pressure for this ? And what about bleeding the system, do you have to ?

There should not be pressure on the hydraulic lines & I did not bleed the system... no problems

Hey David, I have the same problem with my swivel motor. I removed the 4 bolts and 2 hoses, but the motor would not come off. Any suggestions?

Do you have the AGT H12? There could be some pressure against the gear, try moving the machine some when you pull the motor. I saw another video where somebody had to pull the gear off before the motor would come out. Good luck & I hope you find an easy solution.
