The AGS is just so perfectly fit to War Thunder's particular weirdly gamified world that I don't think there's a BR it could be put at that would make it bad

Doesn’t mean we have to through it up to max br. If it does just as good at any br leave it at what it was at! Plenty of examples of this on Russian side yet they don’t move those tanks up. Bmp2m… Russian puma….

I do feel like 11.0 is slightly too high. It's at the br now because it has a good 105mm round, an auto loader, and a crew less turret. But if you take the cv90105, it has a good 105mm, an auto loader, but no crew less turret and is a whole br lower. I'd put the ags at 10.7
