@@austinklemann8405it's rice straw, in China they burn it , to control mold & pests, they don't want to contaminate other fields. China has put burning regulations into place ,because of the amount of air pollution. Yet it is still common practice to burn the fields after the rice has been harvested.

Might be passing through a carbon dioxide drum which extinguishes fire. Otherwise they know it would burn.

I don't think the trailer itself will ignite it's an metal trailer. It couldn't theory I guess maybe get hot enough to melt the tires but that would really be the only thing besides whatever is in it. We had an old trailer kind of like that with no wheels on it that got caught behind a wildfire line here in New Mexico and it got burnt but nothing was wrong with it
