IT is finally charged on the Nonagri income exceeding exempted limit. 3,50,000 has 50,000 extra so 5% is 2500/- Where is the role of Agri income. It is free even in integrated. Why complicate ? Give clear examples which wont generate confusions

Hi

Sir, When you started the example with 3L as non agriculture income, you took assessee to be a senior citizen. In that case partial integration was not applicable. Thats why the answer was going to be zero & then you changed the amount as a correction. Please correct me if I am wrong. Regards Preet Kanwar Singh

Sir mere pas 2019-20 ki jo current book h... Usme senior citizen (age 60 to 80) tak k liye 1st 300000 laks pr 0% tax h, or next 200000 pr 10% tax h... Or aapne jo example dia h usme 5% tax dia h.. i m bit confuse here

Abbe 300000 se 500000- 5% 500001 se 1000000-20% 1000000 or above - 30%
