It is a rare combination to have beauty and talent both. It is even more rare to have both in such abundance. Agnetha is the most beautiful woman in the world, but also extremely graceful and disarmingly charming; her intelligence and poise has always shined through. I suspect that having both qualities combined brings its own trials and anxieties: the screaming crowds were, as she has said, both frightening and marvellous. How many of us know what it's like when everyone 'wants a piece of you'?

@@JaniceHope Agreed, the questions were straight up and to the point, but he didn't press too much if she didn't want to answer. Best part of the interview is whether she's happy, he pushed a bit, but then backed off. My impression is that he was a confident interviewer who took good care of her during the interview, he wasn't a creep at all. I doubt she felt exploited at all, and he was able to get her to speak from the heart a lot.

When she talked about animals I can very much relate. I also hate the mixture of many noises and sounds. She is very DTE and as humble as can be. She is a control freak and in need of total harmony that life cannot always offer. People like us will always suffer a bit and can never be 100% happy as we always want to improve on things. I have always wanted a mother like her: strong-willed, sensitive, protective, trusting, confidential, and I loved her reading the poetry. I love her endlessly

I haven't seent this interview before but it kinda hurts me that people - even if in nice atmosphere - penetrate her with those very personal questions. She does not have to justify herself for noone why she does not fly, why likes to stay away from city life and the public eye... it was painful to see and it's not helping her to feel at ease with being interviewed. What do those people want to hear ? yes i have anxieties, yes i have problems, yes life is not always easy. That's non of our business. If I could have chance to interview her I would keep it strictly to music. Her compositions, her way into sucess, her approach on changing from singing in swedish to english, what about her german language songs, what about the recording process of some ABBA songs, how to decide on the lead, was there any lead she and Frida would have rather switched but the Boys wouldn't let them, vocal techniques and different singing styles... what meant Benny when he said for The Day Before You Came don't sing it as good as you can. Asking on individual song like "I've Been Waiting For You", "My Love My Life", "As Good As Knew", "Lay All Your Love On Me", "Slipping Through My Fingers".. Björn has been intervewed on many songs but the girls are always just asked: What was your favorite over and over again. Big yawn. I would love to see her take on the musical developement of ABBA, her own within the group. How affected her after ABBA records. etc. She's a composer, a piano player, a musician... but all we get in the that repeated boring questions on her "Garbo-Image", the stalker story... boring. She was and is famous for her singing, for her music... wasted time really. It's a shame journalist don't do better with her but trying to find out all about her most personal thoughts that have nothing to do with music. Money issue... omg. Boring.

She does have a lot to be happy for: her children, her grandchild. She might not have been happy that her album didn't do so well. She said her dream was to be a singer and she left that life behind. I just fell in love with her, ABBA, Sweden all over again. Is there any accent or laugh as perfect as that of a Swede? Agnetha knows several languages, not just Swedish/English. This woman is definitely one complicated, extremely bright person. Can you imagine the things she got to see and do? Things we can only dream about......and some not even that.

She is a prodigy. A rare genius and example of quality breeding such as you might find only in Sweden. If it wasn't so damn cold I would gladly live there. I met her in November of 2007 on the Costa Del Sol. She had escaped the beginnings of winter in Sweden. Of course I don't know how long she stayed. She was not on a two week package holiday that much was pretty clear.

She sounded solid and strong in most of her responses to this interview. I like how she decided to keep her personal side/life intacked and seem very honest and down to earth person.Of course, loved the ABBA years of great songs and still do. I know there countless reasons why couple divorce themselves but, sometimes, I just don't understand why they allow it to happen between them. Oh well...I think I'm going to buy her new cd. You're great Agnetha!!& great years. Thanks for sharing this video.

I am 35 and I have had a love affair with ABBA and Agnetha since I was 4 years old. ABBAs music is the best and Agnetha is the most beautiful women I have ever seen. My heart goes out to you Agnetha and I cant help but feel your sadness when I watch this interview. God bless you Agnetha your voice will always touch me. I have always thought that Frida loved you like a sister and its so evident when you see her hugging you in so many of the old ABBA pictures. When you see her give her a big hug x

Her father Ingvar was interested in amateur theater and used to put on small performances and local revues in Jönköping. At the age of thirteen, she formed the group The Cambers together with her childhood friends Lena Johansson and Elisabeth Strub. Agnetha's main idol at this time was the American singer Connie Francis. Agnetha Fältskog graduated in 1967. After that she stopped studying to pursue a career as a singer and songwriter. - CAREER BEFORE ABBA: As a 16-year-old, Fältskog became a member of the Swedish dance band Bernt Enghardt's orchestra. These were Wrap Your Arms Around Me, Eyes of a Woman and I Stand Alone. She also appeared in the film Raskenstam in 1983 and sang the song "It's So Nice to Be Rich" the same year as a leitmotif in the film P&B. AGNETHA participated as a songwriter in the Melodifestivalen 1981, when she together with Ingela Forsman wrote "But the night is ours". AGNETHA recorded the duets "Never Again" (with Tomas Ledin) in 1982, "The Way You Are" (with Ola Håkansson from the band " Secret Service ") 1986 and" I Wasn't the One (Who Said Goodbye) "(with Peter Cetera from the band" Chigago ") 1987. - After a seventeen year of artistic silence, Fältskog released the single" If I Thought You 'in early Ever Change Your Mind ", which is a Cilla Black song from the 1960s.
