I have the GBB version and the gun is great and really fun but the mags are expensive and their not available aside from red wolf and they charge a lot for shipping. Also the mags have a tendency to break and have gas pressure problems I broke one mag by accidentally dropping it in grass once and it was gone.

Come on man, that gun does NOT use a version 2 gearbox. It's a completely proprietary gearbox shell. It uses a trigger bar and motor cage, completely unlike a v2. It would've been better if u had just said that u didnt know what sort of gearbox it used.

Looks great i love your weathering. Looks authentic wear and tear... Please tell me.. What type of metal is used on this item? Steel? Is the metal parts magnetic? Test with a magnet if u can. Or is it cast zinc? Maybe aluminium ?? Then wont stick.. I am genuinly interested.

The receiver and barrel are steel, the plate of the stock as well, the rods are aluminum. At least as far as I know.

I don’t think so I own a ww2 german tunic haven’t tried but they are pretty thick and it also depends what bbs are you using or the power of the gun

Never had this problem. You'll feel when you get hit, but they don't fire hot enough to tear into the uniform, that said mine is an Afrika Korps kit so it's cotton twill, not wool.

According to listings that feature this product, it is advertised at outputting up to 350 Feet/Second. Using 0.20g rounds, this MP40 would fire with a force of around 1.14 Joules.
