The Hired Guns series has been great, looking forward to your takes on these house agents

Goliath have way too many options that would be great for another house but only give "another guy who smashes stuff" to them and they can already just buy that as any of their fighters. But the miniature is great, would make a fantastic Forge Tyrant.

OK I work with metal for a living... Collecting molten slag would accomplish diddly squat. It wouldn't stay molten for very long either. Slag is not iron/steel. It's just slag. You can use it to make roads and stuff. Usually you throw it away. But I think the assertion is that Ajex made weapons and armour out of collected slag... it's a lol idea. Super lol.

10/10 miniature. It's too bad it's Goliath. Somebody at FW has a hard-on for the Eschers and Goliaths, judging by the number of the characters these two gangs get.

@@wellywoodwargaming For me this change his role. Is not a offensive pieces, not a bullet type as stimer, model who charge in middle of enemy formation. Especially since there is nothing that protects against pinned. This is a defensive model that protects those who are standing behind with heavy weapons or carrying out missions by carrying crates or mining resources. Then his high save and additional skills provide the greatest profit.

The Goliaths to me are like umie Orks when it comes to how they role. Also you don't hear much on them having chicks in their gang

A lot more serious and less slapstick than orks thankfully. Goliaths would be terrifying to encounter irl that's for sure. Orks to me are just silly geese 😁

Yeah I mean that's a solution perhaps but that is taken into account with some dramatis personae like Vorgen Mortz Servo harness etc, so you'd think if it was meant to he they would make a point and stating it

Damon do you guys allow consolidation or coup de grace on versatile weapons at distance. Provided no other fighters are in versatile range and standing?

I think Reach should improve your initiative in combat by 1 for every point you have above your opponent, if a Charge has happened...
