*Do you think this is a Build that Kelso would use?*

seem that is a build more to dps and some skills... Maybe you want to try my new version of Juggernaut...i wanted to have more dmg and survivability: Technician 1x Memento 3x Brazos [Unbreakable, also three parts because having 61rnds in Capacitor is very efficient tactical] 1x Grupo 1x Chillout mask the result was: 1.6 armor [with expertise at end will be 1.7 standard for solo DZ players, like me] 56 CHC 162 CHD Skills Tier 5 Weapons: Capacitor, Banshee [or Military RPK with spoter], TDI Kard Skills: turret/or drone + fire sticky I tested in DZ and LZ, and is working well...i love builds that are universal...no need of changes for one zone or another. As i hated with other builds when a friend call me in DZ but i ws with LZ build... I use the universal trick for Memento in PvP, because is rare when you run around with full stacks. What i do is killing a lot of npcs at all landmarks and near streets, but i do not pick all the trophies. In most of the cases a rogue come at my farming, so i just roll in 2-3 trophies and.. BAM..huge bonus armor... I love this build, it has everything i need to have fun in game, armor, dps, skills, armor regen, versatile PvE/PvP.

@@justindigestion4299 It really is. He really doesn’t have a clue. Memento, 2 Brazos would’ve been a way better fit. Technician pistol? lol what?!?!?! TDI Kard Custom with Spike if he really wanted. No In-Sync on the weapons was also a weird choice.

So i made a lot of changes (and thinking) I went as you did with the ninjabike, then the sacrifice (perfect glass canon), which gives the 15% headshot and 10%chc, then Picaro rolled to skill tier with skill damage, then 1 piece walker and haris, 1 piece wyvern rolled with chc and chd rolled to weapon damage, and 1 piece of hana -u with skill damage rolled to weapon damage. So a total of 4 skill tiers and 6 reds. Custom P416 with dttoc with insync (there is one sold in DZ south i think) i do use the +30 headshot mode as Kelso is doing and its very nice with this build. 2nd weapon is ofc the Suprt 90 with Flatline (I was fortunate enough to get one with Flatline). Overall, the build is very balanced, and if you know how to play with Glass Canon, it is very powerful.

You ever thought about doing a build for each of the agents on the loading screen of the game.

lol...i remember when i start the game few years back and i was a noob. I thought that is a build per character, so i made one, than i start a new character and so on till i had all 4 and each with a single different build. LMAO when a veteran player explain me the basics...

Great build but I would do NSync on the weapons. That will up damage on the skills as well as the weapons

This is such a great idea. I guess the best weapon for this build would be the capacitor, but if we are to go with P416, perhaps insync is the way to go. Also, using one piece of Providence in place of Ceska makes sense to get the 15% headshot damage and the 10% chc.

I can't believe I actually went to check what is the actual build Kelso is using and not many actually looked at what gear she's wearing. Of course the Weapons are AR P416 and Shotty Super90 but you wouldn't know her pistol and mask coz she's not wearing any. The backpack is actually R&K, the gloves are Petrov's or maybe Contractor's, the holsters are purple D&H, the kneepads are Chinalight and the vest is blue Overlord. Now it's up to you how you wanted to put them together. I wouldn't say Kelso is running Technician since she's using Headshot Damage Scope on P416 with Stability Suppressor. Kelso also uses Stability Scope on Super90. That I conclude she's either Sharpshooter or Survivalist. Good luck with your Kelso Build 😂😂😂

I'm so glad you mentioned how powerful the p416 used to be before they nerfed it into nothing.. if you were lucky to get a god road p 416 you can do battle in the dark zone with guys with eagle bears..

Kinda new to the game and just completed wony. Man this build was amazing. Definitely gonna check it out

@@Jaixelwaya It’s honestly just not a good build. Most builds with Ninja Bike aren’t that good anyway. Ninja Bike isn’t good. Keep your builds simple.

@@DilPPicklescrazy cuz the hardest hitting pvp build in actuality is a ninja build specifically all red with 2 legmo, walker contractors and fox prayers with iron lung sounds like you do a lot of pve come to the DZ so I can show you a thing or 2. Maybe you listening to the wrong content creator 😂

I like this concept. I'm gonna take this and make changes and make my own version of this and post it. My rules are gonna be that I have to stick to the guns and skills and I have to use the ninjabike. (Don't worry you'll get credit for the idea and original build lol)

Love your goal for doing this. And love your none meta builds. Got me back into hybrids, simply because got bored with the rest which lets face it at mo its striker, in past it was flatline before it was intimidate. They are too easy to build. Hybrids you need to think real sunergy.. only trouble with ninjs BP is you can optimize on bp talent. But still we managed before it came..

Don’t build it man. Just trying to look out. This is a horribly underpowered build and none of it makes any sense at all. He is literally passing up on TONS of damage for no apparent reason.

I hope the new tool we get in the dlc is a hacking tool that you vould use in pvp and pve, that would give players a new game style completely new. You could hack a any manhunt skill against manhunt players that would be great.

I can see her either getting mad for copying her or considering it as a compliment

Amplifying an amplifier just means the two multiply together and then multiply times your other attributes. So spotter times flatline = 1.15 x 1.15. Optimist is trash, especially with expertise being a thing and with any amount of weapon damage on your build.

Last time I checked flatline is at the bottom tier talent list in PVE and especially PVP as it has a counter called pulse resistance and OPTIMIST doesn’t. Both Optimist and Strained are on the top tier as DPS talent especially on a high RPM weapons. Nice try buddy

@@Calaxanasgaming yeah dude I'm never talking about PVP. I'd be interested to see your math on PVE, but I can tell you that no enemies in PVE are running pulse resistance. If you've seen my video response to this (iDentity's) video, you'd see why Optimist is not good, even in the build that iDentity is using. It gets even worse when you are running an all red build and/or are using expertise.

@@d15p4tch6 how if you gain dmg. You making no sense all red means more DMG. 6 reds is 90% ALL weapon dmg in pve and pvp only thing that changes in pvp is actual dmg and it states it in the menu only a bad player won’t recognize this.

Yes, her RK backpack would suggest an Aegis build.... but, you have created a more viable build. Based on visual or performance... because we can change the appearance of any gear. Just sayin 🤷

One piece of china light would double the explosion damage in my opinion

My build for this is way better be on the look out for mine that i made

Spotter and Flatline SHOULD be the most crushing talents. However, they're lackluster. The Chameleon would be a good alternative. Skill damage vs SE might work better considering the drone.

Having 2 amplifier simply just means 30%(15%+15%) Amplified damage.🧐 Doesn't that make sense? Simply the same what you did with Super90 which is 35%(15%+20%) Amplified Damage. The Range test was also invalid using a different weapon and a different build(Heartbreaker). That completely made this video doesn't really make sense. Flatline definitely does more damage with all bullets to pulsed enemies rather stacking damage from Optimist. Yes Optimist is better in PvP but Kelso don't do PvP and your gameplay is on pve. You also forgot to mention that you're using Stability Suppressor on P416 which makes it like a laser beam. Also to make it clear that Explosive Damages doesn't affect the Airburst Seeker Mine. You can run your tests if you want which I'm pretty sure you didn't or have never done. If you don't like Flatline for some reasons, InSync would be much better to get more Skill Damage then Weapon Damage at the exact same time of using both rather than the stacking weapon damage of Optimist with no effect on your Skills at all same as the Ignited, no benefit for Skills at all and you're talking about Synergies and Hybrid building. Not a bad build for Newbies but with your experience in Division Game, this build is a fail.

I forgot that the only way to play is 3 piece Providence, Fox's and Coyote's. Or 4 piece Striker. The meta is trash. The community is one of the most toxic in gaming. Everyone is a professional dps builder. Do you have a KZread channel. I'd love to see what you run
