❤ your verdict bro in choosing direct vs agency. If you have the means to support your application then by all means direct hire is the better choice. However not everyone can have the financial capacity to do so I myself is a ofw in saudi arabia but im leaning towards signing with a staffing agency mainly because of financial reason. Right now I got an offer of premium processing and I only need to think of my ielts and my dependents. 1 foot forward is better than not having a first step at all opportunities may not come everyday.

Unfortunately 3years po ung sa akin 😭😭 wala po kasi talaga akong idea dati. Akala ko same lang ang mga agency. Kaya hndi narin ako nkapagresearch at tanong2. Huhu. Expenses mainly for them (based on my expi) 1. Cost of sending the documents to US/manila 2. VISA processing for my Dependent I think thats it... everything else was covered by them.... 😁

You have to communicate with them directly about dyan.. depende kc sa progress eh... huwag mahiya para sa future.. 😁

Sir, yung contract namin 6,240 hours.. tapos 80 hours per pay check lang ang counted para ma deduct sa working hours contract... di sinasama yung OT... pag nagsasabi kami ng concern, tulad ng set up ng facility na 2 nurses for 3 floors... kumampi pa yung agency namin sa facility..wrong choice of agency... 😔

kung magchoose po kayo ng agency. please do not choose Medpro. they will push you to choose a contract that only benefits them. if magrequest kaman kayo na lumipat sa bang facility, sisiraan kayo sa current facility nyo AT wawasakin pa ung reputation mo para hindi ka mahire sa ibang hospital. remember po na ung entry and foundation mo dito sa use is very crucial. kaya don't put your future in the hands of Medpro.

Immigrant lods. Covered ng agency.. ung bayad ko lng is ung sa padala ng mga paperworks to Pinas kc nasa SG ako... and ung sa visa part ng dependent kc hinde nila covered...😁

Katapos ko lang mag.attend ng orientation sa Conexus at sinabi ko na sa inyo ko narinig si Conexus 😅 namention ni Mam Vicki marami nga daw nagsabi na sa inyo nila nalaman si Conexus at nagjoke sya na dapat bigyan ka daw ng referal or some monitary benefit dahil jan.. 😅😅

They do.... it depends on the programs. Mostly for nurses, YEs... and they can bring their family with them.

My wife is under health carousel. She was sponsored for the nclex exam, reimbursed for the IELTS and they helped her throughout the entire visa process and our transition to the us. Pay is ok but not so much to brag about. They also have good staff, hndi kami pinabayaan pag dating nmin. Masaya din kasi marami din kami kasabay na pinoy sa location namin. Yung cons lang tlga is very long contract hours and OT is excluded. Tsk tsk tsk

Yung arrival allowance namin is 1500 it was given to my wife in full after opening her first bank account upon arrival pero babawiin din nila after a few months. Thru deductions sa payroll mo. Yung housing allowance is after a couple of weeks pa dumating hndi xa deducted thru payroll pero taxable sa state. And may offer din sila na pag alis mo 30 days after ka nabigyan ng visa sa USEM, may arrival bonus ka pero im not sure if they do it pa. You should ask them.
