naaalala ko noon nung elem ako nagmmtap kami kapag may age problem, lagi akong nagta- trial and error (okay naman to promise :>) pero buti ngayong nasa hs na ako natuto na ako gumawa ng solution. Kapag ganito ang problem pinaka-kailangan mo dito is comprehension kase kung mali pagkaintindi mo mababaliw ka talaga sa solution

My idea is U just need to understand the question and do trial and error method. Like 18+8= 26, 18-5=13. 13 is a half of 26. I hope it'll help you all for your exams

Man = 7/6 W Man = 2(W-20) 7/6 W = 2W-40+20 (7W)/6 = 2W-20 7W = 6(2W-20) 7W = 12W-120 7W-12W = -120 -5W = -120 W = -120/(-5) W = 24yo Man = 7/6 × 24 Man = 28yo Let me know kung you need further explanation

Actually pampalito talaga ung tanong pero tama lang ung plus 8 kasi ang tanong naman ay hindi 8 years from 5 years ago kundi 8 years from present day. Kaya magiging plus 8.

5 years ago, meaning 5 years ago from today. 5 years ago yung basis ng 8 years, meaning 8 years will be counted from 5 years ago. So dapat may plus 3 years pa sa future na madagdag sa age nya today...

Specific po yung mismong given kasi. Yun po ang mismong equivalent. In other words, yun po ang equation sa mismong given. Example: my age 10 years ago --> "N - 10" Three less than 12 --> "12 - 3" Twelve less than 3 --> "3-12" Twelve more than three --> "12+3" A subtracted from B --> "B - A" A subtracted by B --> "A - B"

this type of tricky problem solving is not recomended for non engineering students cauz hard for them to transform this type of sentence into equation..
