I’m really looking forward to 4th Ed. It seems more basic, but with that basic-ness there is a lot of room for you to craft your own narrative. Can’t wait for your first 4th Ed bat rep
I wish tournament play used specific addendums, rather than have the whole system revolve around them. Even so, I am looking forward to playing around this edition ^^ Thanks Paul, and take care!
Thank you for this. I really really hope that either a) Allies are in Battletomes or b) The people I play with do not mind a Soul Grinder for Blades of Khorne. If they do not get one in their index / tome
Very excited for 4th edition as I have liked much of what they have spoiled. I also really enjoy the format of this review. Nice and to the point, and I agree with most of your points as well! :)
Having now played against Manfred Von Carstein and his Legion of Night, counter charges are really nasty if used right (shame I never got the hang of it with my Ironjawz!)
This was the 4th ed review I was waiting for

I think what I particularly like about them adding the ability to fight the manifestations is that it means you don't HAVE to have a wizard or priest in every single army to deal with them. I feel like it's a change that frees up list-building while staying reasonably fluffy.
Fun video! you mention you are a narrative player but also said Path to Glory is not your thing?! You should give er a go mate!
No Bonesplitterz 😭
