- Age of Empires II: HD Edition - Myself vs 7 Hardest AI - [Rise of Rajas] -
Behold the best player in the world, Hades.
Playing on Archipelago as Byzantines I aim to take down the new and improved Rise of Raja's expansions AI in the most difficult settings I can find in standard map settings.
-All of the AI's are team 2 and I am team 1.
-Resources are set to standard
-Normal 6 player map
-I picked Byzantines for their building strength (Buildings have +10%/+20%/+30%/+40% HP in the Dark/Feudal/Castle/Imperial Age.), for their strong fire ships (Fire Ships fire 25% faster.) and finally for their versatility in army compositions (great Monks with 50%+ in healing, trash units have reduced cost and Cataphracts are OP!!)
-Originally completed and recorded as I was being challenged by commentors on my last 1v7 aoe2 video to complete the challenge without using Nomad's different style, and considering AI have to chose their TC start location it usually offers far too much of an advantage to the player.

Great video - love seeing the different strat used against AI If you know - why is there no small walls mod in DE, but it was the meta to have it in voobly? I always found it odd that it went from the norm to nonexistent!
Amazing skills dude! Sorry for the noob question but why have you killed several halberdiers and made new ones at 1:27:55? Really appreciate your playing

good question lol, i guess my thought process was that i was almost at the population limit (200) so i must've had an idea to make other units, so i'd delete halbs to make way for them. but then i obviously changed my mind and just started training them again after i realised i had no gold. (noob mistake hehe)

Why is the population limit set to only 200 ? The most amazing thing with this great old game is that it goes all the way up to 500. THAT is the real challenge. :-)
Now do the same on arabia. Btw, audio out of sync?

I don't think audio is out of sync? any particular timestamp you noticed it? i'd love to do arabia and win but it's pretty frickin hard!

i'd say yes very likely, aoe2 hd edition does not require much in terms of hardware
