yeah its not 100% dubstep, seven lions does melodic dubstep and chillstep. but also no way he got permission to use it, surprised seven lions hasnt copyright striked his vid. also the last type of music i would use for a old school RTS is electronic lol this song should be like on a space game vid if any at all.

It doesn't matter whether it's good or bad dubstep. It's an absolutely horrible choice for Age of Empires gameplay.

Dutch don't need banks. That is how you really rush. They already have .9 higher gather rates for coin from mines.

Very late Imperial. As a dutch player it is importnat to have more food & wood than coing becasue you need to build banks in colonal (and sometimes disocrvery) for NR matches. Good base organisation though. Also you should have sent the food trickly earlier.

First you must host the game and before you click on the host you must choose random scenario (or scenario i dont know) and they you can host it because if you click on the blue cube under mapschoose you choose maps which are downloads :D (sorry for my english )

One. Learn what the definition of rush means. Two. Learn to not make some generic 15 minute sped up video with dubstep and call it a "content". Where the "strategy" part of the video where you're talking and explaining such strategy? Three. Dislike.

Hotkeys: Hold command and click the Barracks you what to include and then click a number you want to assign them to. Click that number to select the barracks.

You can do it for units I like to assign my explorer to 1 and cannon division to 9, cav, townhall etc, to allow for better control nd villager production. Double hotkey tap to focus view. You can also hold shift and then click the number to to add another to the group without selecting them all with command again. Its the key for better command and micro. Ensure you have advanced formations and displays on as well, enabled in settings.

rush is within 8 minutes you atleast attack some one, most likely not rushing with your speed up video. 18 minutes and still 200 points (you must be a sergeant in this game) but yet. i'd wonder if i do better. ;)

Putting on music instead of the game sounds was a bad idea and the speed up too...

How do you avoid not getting completely wrecked by enemies in the first part of the strategy?

+YankeeGD. The video has a misleading title (in fact, the title is outright lie). That's why there is lot of dislike for the video. The match is a treaty match, not a rush match. You can see the treaty time counting down at the upper right corner of the screen.

And also in the real rush, most countries does not rush. If the enemy is a rusher too, then dont rush or rush earlier than the opponent.

hahaha Both are old, I'm way much better now with dutch. Took some time due to some trials and errors. It was a bit of a pain figuring out but manage to narrow it down. I would post a boom strategy for dutch but not sure if anyone wants to see it.lol

Dutch can't rush. Only a few countries are able to rush.

I kinda harassed my friend with Dutch (Early Skirmishers vs Musketeers XD) but I don't think it counts as rush, well he wasn't a average RTS gamer (in fact most of my college friends would be easily owned).

really terrible strategy. You have max 10 settlers the first 10 minutes. that's sad. You can realize your boom in max 18 minutes.

Honestly I'm a big fan of walls, but with AOE3... they don't seem to be worth it (since you need to pay attention building them and allocate people to go for wood) in AOE2 maybe because very few units can bring walls down... in AOE3, your enemy just needs to bring in some falconets and you're done buddy... walls without army = useless

That's bs 1. A bunch of units can also easily tear down walls in aoe 2 2. Isn't it pretty realistic that a iron projectile from a canon can destroy a wall? Also it takes a falconet kinda long to destroy a wall
