I just liked the title. The Katuntu guy always come about as being intelligent while when put to task like to condemn corruption by signing the censure motion, the guy declined. It's just talk. These guys have mastered posturing when in reality they've low levels of integrity. It's ironic that Ofwono Opondo can condemn corruption in his government while the so called opposition like the Katuntus actually support it.

It becomes a crime when you use your intelligence counterproductively, especially when you choose to mock the efforts of the others you see as less intelligent trying to side with the oppressed. Kantuntu'Kantuntu's intelligence does not help Uganda by himself.
