Such a beautiful, calm, serene scenery. The landscape reminds so much of the Englush countryside I read about in books about England. There is also that element of mystery, that I am sure inspired Agatha in her writings. Always been and still am a fan of her mystery books. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you for the compliment The Greenway book, "Agatha Christie At Home" by Hilary Macaskill is terrific. Every Agatha Christie fan who wants to go beyond her stories and more into the author's life will appreciate the work that went into this wonderful book. I hope someday there will be a followup film of the house and grounds showing us extensive interriors. That would be the ultimate companion if we can't go there ourselves. Many thanks!

I visited Greenway, via the ferry last week. Spent the day there. Highly recommended. You can play her piano (they want people to play it). I did ! You can sit on her chairs ! I did

@rabbitsmom This music is from the film score Father Of The Bride 2 by Alan Silvestri. I highly recommend getting a copy of both Silvestri scores from Father of the Bride 1 & 2, they are wonderful!

Curiously, it reminds me of De Gaulle's house in Colombey-les-Deux -Églises . I see the same simple setting but in their ideal landscape.
