Dude as a fellow military member (Marine) it is so awesome to see the joy you have coming out when your doing your videos. I find the same joy woodworking. It’s neat to see and I enjoy watching all your old and new videos. Watching your videos definitely helps my PTSD from the wars. You are an inspiration to anyone who wants happiness in their life.

OMG I was soooo close guessing Syria!!!! These have to be some of my world favorite agates. Sahara agates and throughout that region is is GORGEOUS. THE YELLOW 💛💛 I have an agatized Sahara snail uncut with the ambition I might cut it one day. Thanks for wonderful close ups just amazing

We can hear in your voice that you were ‘beaming ear-to-ear’!😁 I was really excited to see what was in there, too! Found myself saying out loud ‘wow’, ‘OOH!’, and ‘WHOA!!!’ Those macros were amazing! Was really interested in your cutting that first ‘bumpy’ one- made me think that it was formed out of super hot lava-esque material millions of years ago. So cool!!!

I'm from the philippines and we have that kind of stones,we gathered some of it to be use as a decoration in our backyard or as stone ornament for cactus and bonsai

😮 Very, very cool! So much going on in each of those agates and your macro pics at the end really add a great dimension to each that would otherwise be hard to see! Very special episode!😊❤🥰 Looking forward to the next batch🙃

The one you didn't cut is really unique. The African Agates are very heavy with Limonite. In the right spot I bet they are actually kinda hard to spot. Big nodules too.

Lovely material

Very, very nice! Now that I’ve acquired my basic saw, I’ve been looking for rocks I can purchase and open them just to enjoy the reveal and the beauty inside them. I’ll never get to Africa to gather something like your agates show here, so why not just have some delivered? Finding my own are hard enough here in southeast Michigan! Great work and I’m continually amazed at these openings. I’m struck by how similar some agates are to pictures I’ve seen of distant galaxies or electron microscope frames of clumps of molecules. It’s all so familiar. Thanks, stay safe and enjoy!

@@laywilliams3843 Cheap saws? Harbor Freight. African agates? Africa I presume but not sure who in Africa. I’ll repost if I find out, I’d love to open a few of these!

You are fulfilling my dreams!! I just love ❤ watching your videos because I am a long time rock hound that was not able to invest in the type of equipment you have. Every time we go to Duluth (from Stillwater) we check out beaches. It broke my heart when The Agate Shop in Two Harbors closed because I could spend forever in there looking at their collection. I'm glad they reopened but now it's so limited. I was wondering if you have ever checked out Iona's Beach in Two Harbors. We went there the last time we were up North and it is absolutely beautiful. Love, love, LOVE your videos!!
