There are seasonal (Jan-Mar) and off-season (Mar-April) Trekking. Tickets will be provided by the Kerala forest department. You Cannot trek at a specific time

Yes but offline pass payment should done before the date of tracking if the fail to make the payment forest department, will cancel the ticket and give it to others so you can try
