This mango custard pudding is a sweetdessert..I hope youwill like the recipe
aIngredients :
2 ripe mangoes
2 cups milk
1/4 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
2tablespoons custard powder
8breadslice
freshcream
condensed milk
Crushed nuts or fruit slices for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1.Peel and chop the mangoes. Blend them into a smooth puree. Set aside.
2.In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until it starts simmering. Stir occasionally to prevent burning.
3.In a small bowl, mix the custard powder with water to form a smooth paste.
4.Once the milk is simmering, add sugar and stir until dissolved.
5.Slowly pour the custard paste into the milk, stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Cook for a few minutes until the custard thickens.
6.Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the mango puree . Mix well.
7.in abowl mix fresh cream and condensed milk .
8.take bread, cut the edge put the bread into vessel Pour the mango custard pudding .repeat thelayer.
9Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours until set.
10.pour the creamy better.Garnish with crushed nuts or fruit slices before serving if desired.Enjoy your delicious mango custard pudding!
