I've been waiting for this cover for so long! This song reminds me of my dad, he passed away when I was 15 and he was the only one who understood me. It's been over 20 years now but the memory never fades.

Great covers always transport you back in time to when you were first confronted by the magic of hearing the song for the first time. You definitely did that with your cover.

Boyce Avenue has been my favorite artists of my mine for many years. I have been playing this song for like a thousand times since my father's passing recently, Brings me to tears everytime especially at this line as though I was saying this to my dad. I recently lost him and I miss him soooo much! This song.... I lost my 6 weeks old new born 18 yrs 10 month's ago today and I choose this song for his burial service. Thank you for this version, it still makes me cry though

I realize that most, if not all, of these videos by Boyce Avenue are not really live, but are, in fact, simulations of live performances. Having said that, they are phenomenal. Absolutely phenomenal. I have never heard one of these Boyce Avenue videos - and I’ve watched many - that were anything less than first rate. Just superb.

You still think about that person you met years ago. You didn't dare approach her/him, but you know that if you had, if you had simply smiled at her/him, you might be together today, because this person was meant for you. This song is the memory of a life you didn't live. A wasted opportunity that will never come again.

I'm a big Westlife fan and I love their cover of this Phil Collins classic with Mariah Carey, but oh my God the moment he sings the first line of the song I was so in love..Boyce Avenue is really the best band that do covers. They are so good especially Alejandro.😍
