I continue to work in this gravel pit. This time a close-up stone crusher. Until the trucks arrived, I tried to work with the big loader. You will find out where the truck is going in the next video 😎

I have to admit to you something, I'm very satisfied with the videos and I like to watch them because I used to drive a NewHolland T6 and I had a container with a small Terex Excavator continue. I have a lot to learn, thank you.

Awesome footage awesome, like the close ups, how many tons per load? Also like seeing and hearing the gravel is being crushed into smaller gravel!! This looks like road base material that's being crushed here. Keep up the good work

Witaj, kruszarka powinna być pochylona lekko przodem w dół . Wtedy można zmniejszyć prędkość podawania fidra oraz materiał nie będzie się tak na nim zatrzymywać . Pozdrawiam
Interesting video (as always) but, why was the guy feeding the separator running the oversize back through? Must be difficult for you to operate the loader, you had to wear shoes.😅

Looking at what comes out of the machine at 6:42, I'm guessing it has been crushed and is now small enough. The sounds of the machine also changes at about 6:30. I'm no expert, only making a guess.

Thank you 👍 It is needed. The crusher also comes with a special conveyor belt to get the biggest stones back to the beginning to break up finer. No conveyor belt is installed here. This is probably meant to make it easier for the crusher to work. Yes the shoes had to be worn though 😀
Another awesome video bro, I noticed though that the track drives were under your digging when you were feeding the crusher. Not trying to be nitpicky or something lol I just wondered if it was acceptable in some cases?

use how many truck&machine at most you can get200cubic meters of gravel can sell all 1;000us/D lose every minutes/oh poor boy

а зачем он ему камней повторно накидал? ну т.е. песок с камнями я понимаю, камни в сторону, песрк в дело. а зачем повторно отсортированные камни накидывать?

Я не знаю точно почему, но думаю, что сначала легче дробить большие камни. После повторной вставки более мелких камней их легче раздавить. Эта дробилка оснащена специальной конвейерной лентой для возврата камней. Но на этот раз она не добавлена
