    Thank you for bringing this program for us that had been misled by colonialism. We have lost every part of our Culture including food and clothing. Our little children are not allowed even by their parents to communicate in Yoruba. The whole story give me an impression that we are in new slavery that is worse than the past. Thank you for the good job. The Lord God and Yoruba Ancestors will bless you always.

    Fulani has a plan that why they allow aluwo marry their daughter , is another way of repeating what happened in Ilorin. If oluwo dies now the son which is half Fulani half Yoruba will become king, then after is tenure, in case he did not have a male child automatically the throne will be transfer to one of his family which is full blown Fulani, then from there they take over finally I think that's the plan, oluwo is being used to claim Yoruba throne just like Ilorin in another strategy, it make take three or four generation but I think that's the plan.

    The 'Asawo' sentiments expressed by Baba here in relation to 'Ogun owo' can also be found in the Bible. Example is Deuteronomy 18:9-14 where Israel (Iseri-Elu = The Lord's Witnesses) are commanded not to take on the evil practices of other nations. Today's Yorubaland is a mixture of various nations with people, culture and practices being 'co-mingled'.

  • @tkspiece2310

    @tkspiece2310

    Жыл бұрын

    Correct. You can see one practical example of its use with technological innovations like the computer and internet. This same algorithmic system is also used on a more universal scale, e.g., predicting change in the environment to forming philosophical, social and economic rules, managing health and well being including spiritual well-being (that is human beings ability to connect postively with nature, the surrounding environment and the universe at large, this is the part most Yoruba Traditionalists focus on the most). However is a total system of managing all aspects of society and life, animate and inanimate. An incredible gift that Yorubas are custodians of, unfortunately most have no idea. They demonise it because of foreign ideas and religion that have done nothing but warped people's thinking and stunted their knowledge, growth and properity.

  • @TMS26164

    @TMS26164

    @@tkspiece2310 In fact you are totally correct that knowledge of that sacred code is the sum total of the key to the universe, I also just discovered that it's called the frequency to the cosmic inspiration which had been used by great inventors like Einstein, Tesla, newton etc, Nikolai Tesla even said the success to invention is to think as regards frequency of 256

    Traditional religions are peaceful agencies of bountiful production for the development of Nigeria and even the world for they are based on work real work and not talk only. But the two foreign and imported religions are warring agencies of oppression and destruction consuming wastefully without producing for they are based on talk only and not work. Osaoko produces food and raw materials for many other necessities of life. Ogun produces work implements as a miner and manufacturer producing bush meat for the world. He is even a road constructor and many other things . Osanyin produces medicines from herbs knowing the names and usefulness of every herb. Leaving traditional religions for foreign religions is really like leaving the best for the worst. They wage against each other and kill millions of people from generation to generation even to this generation. What is happening in the North like Boko Haram is a glaring evidence. Where are the traditional religions killing one another ? If Ogun kills Osaoko or Osun what will he eat or drink? Thanks immensely for the parental way you enlighten and correcting, your son, Oluwo of Iwo . May he listens to you and change for the better. I am an elder brother of Oloogbe Ifagbenjo Adeleke Ilemowu a son of Oloogbe Jolaoye Alabi the Agbongbon Telemu.

    When people have a different opinion about iborisa, those who believe in it resort to cursing and insulting people which is the more reason people find it unattractive. When you can't express your views about a thing because you fear that somebody will insult you, then you have a reason to be skeptical about that thing. This a negative packaging and presentation that the worshippers of these gods need to work on. Even the devil presents his product in a nice way to appeal to peope who want to give it a try. There's a saying that 'a ba fi orisha sile, ki a ma bo ori' What does that mean? You don't win acceptance for an idea by stripping people the right to critique that idea. You only hedge it up. Why would people embrace such so called foreign religions like Christianity, Islam, Induism, Harekriahna, Eckanca etc that have contributed immensely to their lives, and steer clear of their own ATR? They have to have their reasons. And if those reasons are not addressed, nothing is going to change!

    @@oe6526 There is nothing wrong in people having a difference of opinion about Isese and its practisioners, in fact it is welcome. What is wrong however is for certain Christians and Muslims coming on to Isese platforms and demeaning or demonising Isese. This demonisation has gone on far too long and Isese adherents will no longer tolerate it as they have done for decades. Silence allows prejudice to grow. The Evangelist did not "state opinions", he directly demeaned Isese and Orisha, therefore if people do not want to be dragged, they shouldn't start the dragging. Onisese do not need "repackaging, rebranding" or whatever else others feel more comfortable with. Onisese do not evangelise, they are not looking to "win souls", they simply want to be left alone. If people are genuinely interested in understanding their own heritage, then ask genuine questions. However if they mask their prejudice by making demeaning statements or asking disinegnuous questions then they will get answers directed at their prejudice.

    Your contribution lacks intelligence. The Nigerian constitution, government policies at all levels from local government, state and federal, which is responsible for education, health and innovation are not based on Yoruba Isese principles. Therefore how exactly do you want to hold Onisese responsible for lack of these things. Secondly, the extreme and dark-minded prejudice from some followers of foreign religions (especially Christians and Muslims) has created an environment in which Onisese cannot engage in a beneficial way with others in society. Because tell me, would you go for treatment in an Ile Iwosan established by Araba Elebuibon? Will your dark-minded prejudice allow you? If you knew a school was set up by a Babalawo or Olorisa would you send your children? Anyone with half a brain knows every civilisation in this world has their own body of knowledge which they have been able to develop through continuous research mostly funded by government. Part of Yoruba Isese technology includes bullet proof, fire repellents, the binary system on which the computer was based. Unfortunately no research and development is allowed because the ignorant ones amongst us will say ah ogun ni! So please don't come here with your dark-minded prejudice pretending to ask serious questions on what Onisese have done or haven't done. You are prejudiced and as a Yoruba person you need to reflect on why you dislike your own people, ancestry and heritage.
