My guess is caused they may think glitchtrap is a self aware al do to being a virus if William ever does escape from his hell and glitchtrap becomes free then there's the ones glitchtrap took over meaning there be multiple Williams on the loose meaning thousands of serial killers glitchtrap is from the corrupted blood splatter springbonnie motherboard chip that has all of springbonnie data so William created glitchtrap on purpose his the corrupted springbonnie William overwritten to become glitchtrap with his personality taking control if u really think on it
