Yorkville is a lovely area, even if my bank account keeps me from visiting very often. Tea at D Bar looked great! Haven't been there in ages, but I seem to recall they have some delicious cocktails.

This really is a lovely part of town that we're staying in. The afternoon tea was really tasty and not a bad price. We were trying out the new GoPro 10 to see how good the sound was in a busy restaurant...and it seems to work pretty good. Thanks for watching :)

I lived in Yorkville before moving to Montreal, so this brought back some great memories - even when you walked by Yamato - a Japanese restaurant I used to go to with a friend from the States, because he loved it. Also nice seeing those beautiful homes on Hazelton Lanes,, one of which long-time friends still live. Your Valentine brunch looked fabulous. The D Bar has really changed since I was there last. The one thing I'll never forget about the Four Seasons is the time I 'accidentally' crashed a party for Tom Cruise and his then-girlfriend, Penelope Cruz. Many celebs stay there during TIFF, so it's a great place to go star-gazing for those who are so inclined. Another great video!

We really love being so close to Yorkville, and we usually walk around there most days (except during snowstorms lol). The surrounding streets are so pretty and will look even nicer in the spring when the leaves are on the trees. Our Valentine's Tea was really tasty and we were impressed. If we see Tom Cruise, we'll tell him that you say Hi :) Thanks for watching Lili !

My wife and I have watched most of your videos and enjoyed them. We are one day planning a Canadian/Northeast US trip. We plan to enter Canada at Niagra Falls and renter the US at the Maine border. Keep up the videos of Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa, and Quebec City! As a suggestion if you guys plan to travel to the US I suggest coming to Mackinac Island. It is an Island in Lake Huron. It is between Upper and Lower MIchigan. Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario is only about an hour or 85 km away from St. Ignace, Michigan. St. Ignace is one of two places that have ferry service to the island. The island is like stepping back in the late 1800's because there is no cars on the island, except for emergency vehicles. I have seen you guys go to the Grand Railway hotels in Victoria and Quebec City, and I think you would also like to visit the historic hotel on this island as well. It is called the Grand Hotel, and it was built by two American Railroad companies, and a steamship company in 1887. Hope your recovering from the cancer diagnosis. My wife, and I wish and are praying that you recover.

Hi Luke, thank you so much for your kind comment. We are planning on visiting Niagara Falls ourselves, in May. Mike's mom has visited Mackinac Island and has told us how beautiful it is there. We'll have to try and fit that in to our travels at some point. Thank you also, for the well wishes, it really means a lot :)

Yorkville is a really lovely area to walk around, although the shopping can be crazy expensive haha. Eataly is a fun place to check out and grab a slice of pizza...or of course a cannoli :) Thanks for watching!

Wow - this was a great video! Those lavender eclairs intrigued me - were they good? I'm so sorry I haven't been around lately to look at your videos - my aunt died last fall, and then my mother during the holidays. so, it has been a hard time, but I'm trying to get back into life's parade. I gain 5 pounds watching you guys…..but i don’t mind….just remembering…my fiancé offered me the high tea at the château Frontenac, just waiting for the temperature to warm up for me to put my best dress….oups …best suits on….ha ha ha!

It's a good thing we walk a lot, or we would gain so much weight lol. We stayed at the Chateau Frontenac last year, but I guess we missed the tea...have to wait till next time I guess. Hope you get to go and try it soon. Thanks for watching :)
