Hey Danny I went here for Memorial Day weekend. There’s plenty of parking spots. Came on a Saturday and was seated right away. They have a lot of employees working there. I would go back, dim sum ain’t bad. I do eat the chicken feet. I prefer steamed bbq pork bun char siu bao. I wouldn’t have known about this spot if I didn’t watch your videos, so thank you! 😀👍🏽

We've been there and good dim sum for reasonable price. Got there early and some items are still on the steamer but worth the wait.

Hi Danny and friends, nice to see all those dishes on display at the beginning. Since, I want them HOT / FRESH as can be, I wouldn't want to just let them sit there. We haven't been there in a long time. So, good to see people are enjoying the food there. The beef chow fun was acceptable but nothing special right ? ( spongy beef ... )

I KNOW... u supposed to order 1 2 or 3, then eat those, then get another... The lady did it TUNG STYLE... Tung does that! He orders like 10 things and then spend an hour eating cold food!!!!!!

Only way people get into eating feet is if they are fed it as a child. My mom , ate pickled pigs feet because her Italian parents fed them to her as a child. 🤢

the chicken feet can choke a kid! when I was a kid, my mom fed me the baby chicken still in eggs, hard boiled, I LOVED THEM... nowadays I cant...

We had boiled pigs feet and ate the jelly that rose to the top of the water, looks like cloudy jello once put in the frig.

Hey Danny: Is it corn starch marinade that makes the beef spongy? We used to get some great vegetable pot stickers from a street vender in ROC after gong-fu practice at the local park. Impossible to replicate. Many regrets in that regard. Are there dim sum pot stickers?

Some places add an alkali to the marinade. The positive ion charge is absorbed into the meat during the marinade process. These positive charge ions help to prevent the meat from constricting during cooking. Some alkali sources used that I have seen are sodium-bicarbonate, sodium-carbonate, and eggs. Eggs are probably the weakest. Sodium-bicarbonate is the most common I think because it's just baking soda. Sodium-carbonate is the most caustic and can actually chemically burn you if not used right.

We really like the food there although it was closed by the health department for a short time a few years ago. One time we saw Al Picino's brother there picking up takeout for Al.

I wish my chopsticks skill were good enough to hold a piece of sparerib and eat around it. For me, it's finger food.

Yummms, always try to stop in wen we're in Vegas, and I always get some chicken feet😂. We never tried the hairball thing, but I definitely will try it next time.

I know it's about food & travel but like a twisted script from the Twilight Zone we keep watching. Why? Just like bff Tung, Danny boi communicates with his friend also with hand motion. Maybe we watch cause we feel Danny & Tung's pain of leading a dateless existence just like your readers so in a sense there's a kindred spirit that bonds all of us dateless fools knowing at least Danny, Tung & whoever will have a full tummy at least if nothing else. Capelin is the real banger there. Made to order and so full of flavor. Insanely good fried fish taste. Also, the chicken feet are good there. That's coming from a white guy.

Would you consider this place to be the best dim sum in Vegas? I ask because I heard good things about Yum Cha then I went there the last time I was in Vegas and I was disappointed. Maybe I’m just spoiled with the dim sum we have here in Boston.

dim sum must be had at the height of dim sum time, usually weekends at 11 am, any other time could be a gamble... I dont have a best place because there are too many variables to say "best".

Them Chinese restaurant prices are getting out of hand. I barely had enough to pay my bill. Didn't even have enough to pay the waiter a tip. He calledl me something in Chinese and it didn't sound like sport neither

in case like that, the proper thing to do is to speak to the manager, explain how u dont have enough for tip, ask manager for 15% discount so that 15% goes to staff...

TBH, folks in some US farming communities do eat chicken feet. So it’s not gross, and they’re not Asians.

We went there a couple of weeks ago because the other joint had a long waiting list....WORST DIM SUM EVER!
