We are approaching the 300,000 mark for our annual budget. I would love to hear what your recommendations are for staffing at different budget levels. I am hiring 2 program managers this year. I think we will hit the 500,000 Mark within the next two years. I’m curious which positions are really vital at that level of budget with multiple programs running?

@@AmberMelanieSmith no, it’s myself and a part time office administrator. My husband does social media and website as a volunteer.And, he does a lot of speaking to business groups. But he teaches full time so he’s limited on how often he can do that.
