Hi there! I'm new here 🖐. I love the Korean language a lot ❤. I started learning some of the words and pronunciations whenever I watch Korean Dramas or movies because I also love KDramas. But I don't know or understand the letters and also how to spell them or put the letters or words together. But then I know the pronunciations of some words and their meaning. Please let me make this scenario; I wish I could make a voice note but I can't do it here. But then I will try and write some of the words in English like how you'll pronounce them to sound in the Korean Language. " In the video, you said ' thank you ' means (kamsamita) but I noticed that ' thank you ' also means (kumawo) when I watch Kdramas. Please I'm I wrong? Thanks for the lectures. I'm from 🇬🇭 Ghana.

Hi Hayley! Thank you so much for this video! I manage a Cafe in Adelaide, Australia. My Cafe is in between 2 Korean churches, on Sundays our tables are filled with lovely Korean people. Most have very limited English, and so I found you looking for some basic language to use. Most order a long back, which is "amir-ri-ca-no". To begin with I will use the correct terms when I bring coffees to the table. I will practice the "welcome" also. Could you tell me a basic sentence for "enjoy your coffee?" Or "have a nice day"? Could you also give me some tips on how to be respectful in terms of culture? I notice the men will sit at 2 long tables and the women and children together at smaller tables. The men will order then when I bring the coffee out they will hand them out. If I learn some language, is it respectful of I take the coffees straight to the wives? Or should I bring them to the men who ordered them as I have always done? Iam not sure if the reason is there is one man with a good grasp on English, or if it is a cultural reason. Thank you in advance for answering me. P.s. we have a Korean Baker in our bake house, and hopefully are getting some green tea cup cakes, some pumpkin tarts and some sweet potato cakes with fresh cream❤

....when I come to Korea. Went to Seoul 8 years ago, wish I could go back and travel all over Korea. Sadly doubt I'll ever be able to again with all the travelling troubles to get there now and the never ending masking of all faces over there. Sad days :(
