I used to bake in a hotel. That was a wonderful experience that I had. No one can ever take that away from me. I don’t know your background but your bread looks beautiful of course no preservatives. I’m going to try it. I used to do mostly pastries. I’m retired now. I had a great timehotel experiences wonderful used to work five star hotels mostly really tough tough business but they look good. Don’t understand the bread in the supermarket is not the same as the ones you make at home thank you.
