Is it the tuning of your axe or something else (comfort, preference) that has you playing the intro part the way you do? I watch over and over again Justin (RIP) from ATB play that intro, and his fret hand doesn't really move all that much. This is not a criticism; what you have done here is amazing. I am just curious about your approach to playing the song.

Can someone (or the video poster) help me figure out how to do the quick staccatos in the verse riff? I cannot figure out for the life of me how to do this with a live rig. I use a horizon precision drive (with a gate built in) and a noise decimator and still cannot get this frickin close to the intense noise gated effect. Hahaha.
